Went in and tried to purchase a new phone tonight. They said that they could NOT sell me a phone without the insurance as it would be on them if something happened to it. So... you want me to purchase insurance to make you feel better? Nope.That is not how it works because it is NOT LEGAL in Illinois (and it didn't help that I already checked the tmobile website and tmobile already was willing to sell it to me without any insurance). I went home and ordered the phone for pickup at another location WITHOUT INSURANCE.

I went in to buy a new 15 iPhone pro. The associate named Gray or Grey, was a nightmare to work with! She gave me one quote of a 100 & something, then changed her mind to almost 400$. I paid because I needed a new phone desperately. I told her I did not want any extra accessories as I had already ordered a screen protector & case. She told me it was only 2.19 per accessory so it was basically “free” in her own words. I went home and turns out it’s 2.19 PER MONTH extra on my bill, which she DID NOT state. Super annoying & I called as soon I got home, she lied to me saying her store manager was not in when 10minutes ago she was in store? So I just went to the store in person the very next day to get this situated with the store manager and to explain my situation. However the manager Stacie, I believe her name was, she’s the store manager & Andrea I think it was? Were beyond amazing. Super helpful and attentive, very knowledgeable and polite women! They took care of me and refunded the accessories. You guys have a great store manager, just that specific associate Grey, made my experience horrible. I hate dishonesty, not to mention she was talking to her other associates the wholeTime and did not explain or walk me through anything! It was my first time buying a phone on my own and it was a horrible experience with her. Also took her an hour and a half to “activate” my phone. And still charged me an additional for the activation fee!!

I received a (FREE) phone from T-Mobile. About a year later I went to switch providers and could not switch until I paid off my (FREE) phone. Come to find out they have been charging me monthly all along for my (FREE) phone. I was reassured by management that the phone was (FREE) too. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I needed to upgrade our phones from our previous account with Sprint. We were immediately greeted by Emmanuel. He was so helpful and provided exceptional customer service.We even kept him late to finish transferring our information to the new phones.Emmanuel was so courtesy and pleasant. This was the best experience I've ever had with a cell phone company!T-Moble is lucky to have such a professional and customer service oriented team member like Emmanuel!Thank you!

Terrible experience. I just went in there to be handed the phone to do the sale MYSELF! And then the lady on the phone tells me she couldn't do it and I need to go to the store and talk to someone to do it.ridiculous . I will never be back there.

Spending this kind of money is a big commitment and all the options can be stressful. Jon helped me make decisions based on my lifestyle and phone usage. He was patient, thorough, and kind. This store can get busy and they don't rush their customers so make sure you have some time.

Terrible experience at this location. Never write reviews but want customers to be aware. Rep would not sell me an iPhone 14 they had in stock in store unless I bought new accessory (charger) that I did not need. Said he would order phone for me and it will arrive in 3-5 days. I am a long term 16 year (5 active lines) T-Mobile customer and I have never heard of such a ridiculous sales grab. I then said if we order a new phone online, T-Mobile website says it will waive the $35 service activation. Rep at store lied and said T-Mobile will still charge you, "just not up front". I left the store and called customer service and they confirmed exactly what I saw on-line that they will not charge the $35 activation fee when phones are ordered online. Not a care in the world for a loyal customer at this location, all they care about is making commission.

Took a very long time for them to finally attend me. Then they said they would but my phone on hold and they will call me when they get one in. I come in a week later and they said that the phones that got in were already sold. Even though the Manager said they would but my number down to call me when they had one in and hold it for me.

Crate service! The young man assisting me was very helpful, pleasant, polite, well spoken and took his time to explain everything in regards to everything I inquired about. He went above and beyond to assist me and other customers before me and while I was there. The place is very clean and the service ran smoothly and quick. The location knows what they’ are doing. Will definitely return to this place it is worth the drive. One very happy costumer even informed me of a UPS store next door to finish off my business. Thank you for your assistance.
