It's truly unfortunate that I'm obligated to give this establishment any stars at all. My wife spent months trying to communicate with this business via phone, email, and social media. It's evident that this is an established business, and that they take no pride in how they interact and communicate with potential prospects as well as current clientele. My wife took our daughter to a trial class and as expected it was a terrible experience. There was no employees working and/or available to help assist or guide anyone in the right direction. The lobby was completely full of parents, and when I say full I mean everyone was shoulder to shoulder. It isn't a surprise whatsoever that the instructor was a young girl who had no respect, or compassion for the children she was "coaching." I find it very difficult to use the word coach, because she IS NOT a coach. None of the children, or adults knew what to do or where to go when it was time for class. 2 minutes after the class was supposed to begin a young girl came out and had a look of disdain on her face and said "alright, let's go," and literally turns away and just starts walking. I can't contest to her dialogue in the class, but given her body language and the direction in which the class was moving it was clear that she had no business working with children. I can't stress enough that none of this comes as a surprise given the owner ignored ALL communication via phone, email and social media.I operate a business and take great pride in how I interact with everyone, whether they are a potential prospect or current client. I'm appalled by how this business operates, and confused on how anyone can support it, let alone allow their children to be associated with it.Thankfully Ignite Cheerleading had their first session on the same evening, and we had the opportunity to make it to class following a horrific experience at Spirit. I'm happy to report that Ignite was exactly what I thought it would be, terrific. This was expected when they took the time to respond to my wife immediately. They also took time to interact with the children, and build rapport. The simplistic things one would expect from a coach.Spirit Cheerleading, specifically the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for how you operate your business. Your employees are a reflection of your leadership, or lack thereof.

One great thing about this place is your daughter will get great at tumbling and stunting but the most important thing is that they help you develop your daughter into a confident strong young woman. My daughter started here this year during 8th grade. A junior and a senior took her under thier wing and taught he so many great things. The coaches also spend a lot of time working with and challenging the students. I have seen her use those leadership skills she is learning in school and other settings including assistant coaching. I am proud of how far she has come over the past year and she owes that largely to the coaches and student leaders that make the program what it is.

This is a terrible cheer gym. The owner only cares about her daughter and her daughters friends. Who are very rude. All the coaches are rude and don’t care about the athletes. This is the worst place to send your child if you are looking for a good experience. Would not recommend

This gym is amazing, there are so many great opportunities. I have been with the program for 3 years and I have had such a great time here. I've met so many great friends and have had fun learning skills. All of the coaches are so much fun to work with!???

I have been with the program for 10 years now! I am a 19 year old, therefore a super senior! I absolutely love this gym! I would high recommended coming here! If I wish they would make an open team so I can continue my cheer career! I learned all my tumbling skills through this gym! Super friendly staff and very loving and inviting owner!

I love spirit. My family is here and I wouldn't want to cheer anywhere else honestly. All of the girls say the same. We all create a unique bond with each other that is truly indescribable. I met my best friend here doing there prep program a long time ago. And I am proud to say that me and her are life long sisters and we want to grow up together. Since it is a smaller gym I do feel like some girls coming in from bigger gyms do not understand how close we all are at first. But the love and care that we have for each other is like no other. I'm so happy to call this place my forever home.

Coach Ericka is phenomenal ! Not only is she an amazing coach but she’s an amazing person. Coaching isn’t just a job to her, it’s her passion. She is dedicated to those she coaches. She’s passionate about her cheerleaders, and their families. She makes everyone feel comfortable and loved. The gym is awesome, the staff is great! Highly recommended Spirit!!!

We were new to Spirit this year! We have had a great experience at this gym and have been supplied with fantastic programs to improve our children's cheer abilities! We have been doing cheer with other places for 4 yrs now and Spirit has been the best in all categories thus far! At this gym you are not just a number. You are treated as part of a family and I'm proud to be a part of that! We couldn't be more excited to have finally found a gym to plant our feet and call home! Our family absolutely loves it here!

My daughter has been at Spirit for 5 years and absolutely loves it! They are of the mindset that cheerleaders and their families are part of a large cheer community regardless of what school or gym they go to! The coaches, families and staff are awesome and I love knowing that my daughter will always have a cheer home at Spirit Cheerleading! Love the small family gym feel. When I have had questions or concerns of any kind, I was always treated with respect and we were able to find common ground. It truly helped develop my daughter and discover her strengths as well as what she could improve on as an athlete. For me as her parent, that is want I want for her! I want her to be given feedback and taught to work hard and earn skills. This is a tough sport and having the kind, caring, tough (when they need to be) yet super supportive coaches and owners is invaluable. The life skills she has gained of being a hard worker, team player, learning to overcome obstacles, being a good friend, gaining confidence, being a leader, and many, many more have been fostered at Spirit Cheerleading, thank you!

Great gym. Teaches my daughter to work hard and what real team work is. Is there some drama from time to time? Sure, of course. But that goes with anytime oodles of young people are together week after week. Even these times are good for character building and my child has benefited from the social navigation skills these rare instances require. Owner and coaches are invested in each athlete and readily available and reachable to keep the gym running smoothly. Highly recommend. The love my 11 year old has developed for the sport speaks for itself.

this is an amazing gym! there is always a kind face to walk up to and you make so many memorable best friends! you practice hard and the coaches are the best people you could go to is you ever need anything!! there’s always positive attitudes! this is a very close gym that is one big family!

Spirit Cheerleading has offered many good opportunities for the athletes at the gym. I have had a lot of fun at this gym. And I can’t wait for another season to start. Everyone on their team gets along well and the teammates build a strong bond with each other that will last a lifetime. The coaches are great and help the athletes perfect they’re skills.

My daughter is just finishing her second year and is currently heading to Disney to compete at the Summit national competition on two teams. She has grown up so much in the last two years and has created so many friendships that are stronger bonds than she has ever had. Her drive to compete and do her best at all things can be directly related in my opinion to her time here at Spirit. From the owners to the coaching staff, they are all top notch. Great gym!!

I’ve been here for 9 years, and i love it. The coaches are so good with everyone. The athletes are so sweet to everyone, they have such good sportsmanship, and are overall amazing. This place is like my family. If you’re looking for a good gym to come to, 10/10 recommended coming to this place
