I couldn’t be happier with my experiences at this Sephora. I’ve gone in multiple times but yesterday was the best visit. The associate was so sweet and understanding. I cannot remember her name, but she had black ang gray tattoos and piercings and was so pretty. I told her I was looking for an affordable foundation and she showed me what she recommends and helped me color match it. This is now my favorite foundation and I couldn’t thank her enough!!

I experienced amazing customer service at this location! I specifically only go to this location or the Naperville location. They make finding what you need a lot easier and are super kind!

The staff in here are really nice and welcoming. Especially Raven, she helped me find my favorite lip set. She’s amazing!!

I really like this Sephora however they NEED more staff. I feel bad for the worker on shift. They are always hustling around trying to help customers and ring people out. You should at least have one on reg and one helping customers… other than that the staff is super nice and helpful I just wish the owner of the Sephora would put more than one worker at a time to do all the work.

horrible customer service management hides in back.. After 20 years as a kohls card holder today I cancelled it. Amazon all the way for now on.

I purchased $249.59 worth of merchandise on 11/03/2019. I received $40. in Kohl's cash. My Kohl's cash got shredded at home. According to your Customer Service I am out the cash even though I have my cash receipt showing the number that activated my Kohl's cash and a transaction ID number at the top of the receipt. They claim they cannot retrieve the information to get me my PIN number. I guess my only alternative is to return all my merchandise for credit, turn around and repurchase everything and get a new Kohl's reward slip. I would think in this day and age of technology there would be a way to retrieve that information or am I simply dealing with lazy people that don't want to be bothered! I am giving serious thought to just getting my money back and shopping elsewhere!
