“Wow the attention to detail was on point. All around working with him was an awesome experience. My wife finally gave in to us changing our landscaping design. We are thrilled with the results.

The thing is that Roman’s design and his teams work actually comes from the heart. The man has an extensive list of history in the industry and boy am I happy for his wisdom and knowledge. To be frank- I came home from work and his team was still working / finishing up. I started my walk around and immediately began to tear up. Tears of joy…the crew even saw me get emotional. I thanked them personally, tipped each of them a bit-my dad taught me it’s nice to be nice. Made sure I gave them anything I could, protein shakes, water and energy drinks was easy for me to grab both days and hand out.

I look forward to hiring R&S Landscaping and nursery for more projects. Next on the list will be brick paver patio - I want brick paver everything but will ask him for his suggestions and do what he says. He’s the real deal! We feel blessed. “I have ordered flowers from Schaefer a few times now and I’ve consistently been blown away. The employees that answered the phone each time were kind, courteous and truly listened to my requests. Most recently, I ordered funeral flowers for my beloved father. To say he meant the world to me is an understatement. Needless to say, the flower arrangements were incredibly important to my family and I.

I talked to Maryanne on the phone and she diligently listened to me explain my vision. She was so polite and I truly felt listened to. She made the process easy, in an otherwise difficult situation. She even made sure the flowers could be picked up very early in the morning (before store hours) so that the arrangements would be fresh. My family and I truly appreciated this. I never felt rushed, but rather, understood.

In addition, they created absolutely beautiful arrangements that my father would have loved. They looked the way I pictured them in my head and it meant a lot to me, so I wanted to express my sincere gratitude. “What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.”

“I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”

“Need more employees here! Not enough people to help me with things but the ones that are very helpful and good. I have no clue about many things and it was tough finding someone to help me with my project I waited 30 minutes. I understand there is limited people working right now but they are open and essential and need more people to help someone like me.”
