Stopped into Kohls +Sephora to grab a few makeup items. Was greeted by Crystal in Sephora (she actually scared me but that’s because I was in my own world and we had a good laugh about it). I went in for one thing and was kind of browsing around for another without any real intention of buying as I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed. I explained what I was looking for to Crystal and she gave me a couple of options that might work well for me and then just gave me space to decide which one I wanted. It was honestly a great, no pressure experience.

Sad how badly Kohl's has declined in the last year or so...
I really used to love shopping there, but not any longer.
Selection is terrible, Prices are too high and the Coupons they use to have No longer apply to much of anything...Just like JCPenney!!

Shop at this location all the time and never had cashiers be rude if I decided not to use my kohls card until today. Cashier asked me 3 different times about using to which I said no thank you 3 times and finally she said you know I just don't u derstand do you not like saving money? I'm sorry if I said no thank you 3 times that's it end of discussion you don't have to understand. It was very rude and unprofessional.
