Extremely short, and quite ignorant. Osco Drug, Yorkville. Is in severe need of Management that will clean the swamp of useless arrogant staff. Be prepared.

Extremely rude staff. They had some serious issues with their computer system. And they weren't receiving medications that were sent to the computer. Then when my doctor was able to call in the prescription over the phone at 8:15 because they could not receive them over the phone, they said they could not get my medicine ready on time. The pharmacist Julia hung up on me over the phone and i was not being rude at all. All i was trying to do was ask her to be on the look out for a fax and she hing up on me before i could get a word in. Probably because she was getting complaints all day from other customers about their system being down. Then when i called back to ask if they Could have my prescriptions ready on time? And that I would wait. It was only eight thirty and julia said that my prescriptions would not be ready on time. I had tried to tell her how sick me and my children were and my mother and she still said she would not fill them. Was very rude and asked me Why they were not sent at 3 o'clock. And I told her they were and that it was not my fault. That her computer system was down. She then began to laugh and told me they will not be ready until the morning. I tried to be nice and she was so rude. It was unbelievable I have never had such a horrible experience in my entire life. A woman like that does not deserve to be in the position that she is. I will no longer take my business to jewel osco pharmacy anymore. How can you have no remorse for sick customers and treat them so badly. This makes me sick.

We had several problems, lack of communication, very rude and stubborn staff. Despite calling multiple times and assuring that they filled some form out wrong they refused. We switched to another pharmacy and they got it figured out almost immediately.

Usually very good, but extremely slow today. I was 4th when I entered line. 25 minutes later, I was still 4th in line. The lone cashier seemed confused and wasn't getting help from any of the other 5 people behind the counter.

Excellent for making many purchases at the pharmacy and fruits, what I didn't like was the peach fruit was damaged

My cousin his wife and I went there and were treated like royalty. They were fantastic helpful and very friendly throughout our experience at the facility. I believe they have an exceptional adult beverage section and they had a lot of great Selections in sizes and quality.

One word is all I need for this pharmacy. SUCKS!!!!!! Not sure why they show up for work! Service is the worst, no communication, no updates. I put a prescription in on Friday. Everything was supposed to be ready the same day. Well to my surprise, it wasn't! So I called the next day and the dumb ass told me they don't have the medicine in stock and I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Ok why the Fuck!!!!!!!!! You didn't tell me this when I drop the prescription off???? They all seem mad and unhappy. Just shut down! It's bad enough the store over charges for the food. You will not be missed!! I took my business to Walgreens and the meds were ready in 1hr.

First time here and the woman working the drive thru was super helpful! She was super sweet and got my prescription done withing 10 minutes. I 100/100 recommend!

Switched to Osco 2 years ago because Walgreens couldn’t order my monthly medication that I’ve been on for 18 years. Now, having same issue with Jewel Osco pharmacy in Yorkville. Does anyone have good communication or a good work ethics these days? Ridiculous tgat they can’t even call me to tell me my meds won’t be until tomorrow or answer the phone.Lazy Americans!

They are always busy and if you call be ready for the phone to not be answered right a way. They seem to be understaffed.

This jewel pharmacy has proven to be very disorganized and unreliable. Refills are called to the wrong physician frequently, or even filled incorrectly. Ive had prescription orders changed twice to an order that was never used before or type of medication never used. They can be very rude and slow. I've always gone to jewel-osco pharmacy in other towns, I've never experienced such disorganization and such inexperience. I hope that they see these negative reviews and make well needed changes to their office.
