“I was initially booked into a room next to one with young people in a wedding party. They were loud during the day and I knew how it would be when they came back that Friday night from the rehearsal dinner. I contacted the front desk and Brenda, the manager, came to me personally and moved me to a suite on the end of the 4th floor. She gave me her name and said to contact her if I needed anything--a very friendly, kind gesture. The next day, after I got home, I realized that I had lost a thin white gold band that had diamonds on it. I called her in a panic and she contacted housekeeping. The ring had been found by the housekeeper and she turned it in to Brenda. When I asked where it had been found she even went back to the housekeeper and asked her, then called me. Brenda displayed the ultimate customer service and I was very thankful that she was in charge during my visit. I can't thank her enough for her service.”

“I stayed at this hotel for my wedding in June of 2023 and had no major complaints at the time. Fast forward to December of 2023 and I get a random $180 charge from this location. I called them and they claim that they have no record of charging me this money and that I have the wrong location. Their address is linked to the purchase on my bank statement so I know for a fact that they are the ones who charged me. My husband then tried to call and they had the audacity to hang up on him. I would give them zero stars if I could, do NOT stay here.”
