I'm just amazed!!! This company showed up and showed out for my 5 yr old son and I. It was 10 pm and they charged me less than half of what any1 else would charge. Kenny G from the Wilmington office was professional, great communication,was on time. Handled my property with great care and made sure we was safe and happy with the service. After calling more than 10 services and being disregarded and treated beyond poorly by others I was defeated and this company was nothing less than heroes in my book. Let me add that the owner took the service call from vacation in Florida and contacted the office and kept his word with price care and punctuality. I salute his team cause that they are a team. I highly suggest requesting Kenny G he is the real deal I also must add that if as a customer u have questions or concerns speak to the boss man. He cares about his customers. He took a call from his vacation inn Florida to help us and no1 could've beat the the price.

0 stars to this towing company, scammers, they don’t even are certified towing company, they do business under American Bulldog Towing and Recovery Corp. Already filed a report to Il Commerce Commission Police as well as filing the lawsuit against them for keeping hostage a load inside the trailer that belongs to ALDI. It’s going to be ugly. Anyone who had bad experience with these guys please contact me directly, we go class action against these guys. They need to be shut once and forever. We are not leaving it to slide this time, will go until the end.See below picture attached, truck got stuck in a ditch, they demanded for $21,000 without even providing the actual invoice with a breakdown , we have dash cams facing the road ,providing that service took no longer then 1:30 hour.Big time scammers,need to send them to prison.

A bill of $12k almost 13k for a winch out of a ditch, called around other towing services afterwards and estimates were like 2k for that same Service. Not to mention fuel charges was outrageous, definitely taking this to a jugde.

We were quoted a price by dispatch $125 +$5/mile wasn't told I would be charged round trip. I paid the bill because what was I going to do? Looked over the bill they also charged us a fuel surcharge of $201. NEVER TOLD US THAT! Not Driver's fault at all the Man that dispatch should have disclosed that. Way to ripoff people, very dishonest. They also charged a$82 fee for administrative and low and behold my receipt and the charge are a $50 difference.CROOKS

Heavy Duty Towing LLC,,,, they are best towing company,,,, My truck is broke down right on the street,,, They helped me out to tow the truck to the shop quick and cheap,, I called the several toving companies,,,, and Heavy Duty Towing LLC was the cheapest one,,, they gave me good discount too,,, Driver Ray was the professional ?,,, Definitely recommend this towing company

Highway robbers charged $2443.06 after a $750 quote Larry is the scum of the earth, told me 20 min waited 5 hrs to be robbed. Poor communication Highway scammers!!! Highly wouldn’t recommend for truck towing!!! Dispatch two drivers and charge 3x the amount quoted!!! If I could give the 0 stars I would. Called on a recorded line to scan money out our company. Call the better business bureau to reportPredatory service.

Driver ran out of fuel. Looking around a few companies wanted hundreds of dollars. We got ahold of Heavy Duty Towing and there went above and beyond. SCAMMERS! LIARS!! Save your money , i came for a oil change, waited 5hrs to get started then took them 14hrs LATER on to find out that tge repair they done to my air leak fix was horrible!!! Now have to pay extra for someone else to fix this air leak. Oil change took 15hrs!!! Like what?? Then they dropped my trailer on the street put a cone in front of it thru the night like how safe is this?? Cops came and claim theyve almost had an accident and force them to move the trailer and i got charged $900 extra for tow of my trailer which cause me over 1400 total for a oil change!! Like what?! Are you serious?! I will not ever do business with these ppl.Service: Local hauling

If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Lied about the price! 9 months pregnant, was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait, waited 4.5 hours!!
