We used them in the summer of 2020 to dig for a pool and place concrete around it after I installed the pool. Initially we were very happy with everything, they did great work, they were friendly, fast and the price was fair. However by the end of the summer there was one section of the concrete walkway that was sinking. I wasn't to concerned because they had done a lot of work for family and friends in the neighborhood and they told me after a year that Mark would personally come back to inspect the job and make sure they were happy with everything. I emailed a few times asking for them to fix it, they finally got back to me in the spring of 2023. They said the sinking was caused by water splashing out of the skimmer and they wouldn't fix it. I worked as a civil engineer for many years and placed lots of concrete and the minimal amount of water that comes out of the skimmer did not cause this. The sinking was due to inferior (or lack of) base causing settling and the concrete to sink. In one of the pictures you can see the lack of base in-between the concrete and the pool. They didn't want to hear it and never responded thus it's never been fixed. I don't understand why all of our family and friends in the neighborhood got a follow up and assurance that they were happy with the work but we got blown off. I guess we were to small time, didn't spend enough money, or are not important enough and they are to big time to care about helping the little guy. We'll never use them again and I would encourage anyone reading this not to either.
