I had a very nice experience with this vet today. Took me in the same day. I came in for a skin issue due to allergies for my dog. Everyone who helped us was kind and thoughtful. I was in and out in less than 30 min and the prices were very reasonable

won't answer their phones even if you press the button that's for emergencies. very unprofessional in my opinion. I've been calling for days and no one has gotten back to me or called me back and I've left messages about how my cat may be nearing end of life stages as a worried cat mom. not helpful at all.

Very compassionate staff. Traveled from Michigan to Yorkville to visit family. My daughter brought her 18 year old Jack Russell, Roscoe. She ended up having to make a very tough decision while here. Roscoe needed to be put down. Countryside staff were very caring and took care of Roscoe with such compassion. Thank you to the staff of Countryside Vetanary for all you did to help my daughter and her family with their best friend Roscoe.❤

Any message I leave is answered quickly. The day after my dogs get their vaccines, I always receive a call to check on the dogs. I respect every doctor at Countryside Clinic and each one thoroughly explains what is going on with my dogs. And the entire staff is courteous and so friendly.
We’ve been using Countryside Vet Clinic for over 40 years. HIGHLY recommend!

6 years ago, I called Countryside Veternary Clinic asking for help with how to deal with my dying cat. It was my first pet ever in my life, and the lady on the phone was the most patient and caring person, talking me through the steps and just genuinely caring. 4 years ago, I had to put my dog down, and again, the most genuine and caring people were there to help me through that time. And sadly, today, I had to put down my last pet. Even though none of my animals has ever been to this vet clinic, they took me in when I was hurting the most with the loss of my pets, and helped me through each step. Thank you for being so caring towards animals that were never in your care.

The vets and vet techs are great! We have taken our cat and dog here. The only concern I had was cost. Everyone was super friendly and attentive to our pets but we spent $600+ on routine vaccines. I understand that things are getting more expensive but I did not expect that high of a price.

The vet that saw my dog was extremely knowledgeable. I had my dog's records (from Jan 1st ) faxed to Countryside, and the vet was very well versed in my dog's ongoing medical concerns over the years. I took my dog to Countryside for a fresh set of eyes regarding ongoing medical concerns. My dog will be 18 on July 4. I was very pleased with our visit. Although the Vet knew of my dog's extensive heath record, that didn't stop her from listening to my concerns to understand what I was saying, rather than just responding. To me, that's a hugh difference. I already have additional appointments set up. All positives at Countryside Vet. Clinic in Yorkville IL. Staff was terrific too!!

Hi!Please do your pet a favor and take them here. I drive from Downers Grove because I am so impressed with Countryside. My pup has has an autoimmune problem and they solved it right away (after several vets in my area couldn’t). I also have many friends from Naperville that go here too. You simply won’t find better doctors that care and accommodate both your regular and emergency needs!Hossa says- “Countryside is the coolest!”
