We finally found a great groomer who understands our dog’s needs. Pet Groomer Jess is really knowledgeable, attentive and has that talent that transformed our fur-baby to a show dog. She did a very fantastic grooming and she knows how to handle pets with care and love. She has a vision on how our dog should look his best. I highly recommend her for her 10 star service! If you want the best groomer in town please book her and you’ll never be disappointed.

We board our two female golden retrievers here and each time we take them they are so excited. The staff here clearly have a love for animals as it’s evident with how they interact with my dogs. I will not board anywhere else!

I have been very pleased & happy with all of the staff. My dog Ellie is a new daycare pup and she is always super excited when we pull in every morning! Thank you everyone for all that you do! I know it is hard work but you all do a fantastic purrfect job!!!

We recently used Country Comfort Kennel. Both my pups were excited to return and happy to see the staff! They also looked great from the grooming. We will definitely use them again.

Our first time boarding our 1 year old pup and we were very happy with the experience and the friendliness of the staff. Maverick came home happy and healthy. We would definitely return.

NEVER TAKING MY DOODLE ANYWHERE ELSE! Jess did an AMAZING job grooming my labradoodle. You can tell how knowledgeable she is and how much she cares for the dogs she grooms. It was very affordable for everything you are getting with a full groom. She knows her stuff and was able to demat my furry guys tail without having to shave it! I was VERY impressed to say the least, any groomer I went to previously would’ve just shaved it. She was also able to grind his nails down perfectly, which other groomers always said he was too hard to use the nail grinder on. He came home smelling great AND looking amazing with his teddy bear cut. Needless to say TAKE YOUR DOGS TO HER! You will NOT be disappointed.

Jess does a great job with our senior dog. She is so helpful with his aging skin needs and sensitivities. My skittish dog is so comfortable with her...she clearly loves her pet clients. We will continue to use her services as long as possible. Thanks Jess!

I’m beyond happy with the grooming of my Alaskan Malamute Juno!!! Jessica did an amazing job!!! Juno looks great and is completely worn out considering it was her first grooming session!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!? ❤️

I take my dogs there for grooming with Jess and she does a great job with them and all their personality needs. I have senior dogs who can be unsure at times with their eyesight not as sharp and she is gentle with them, French bulldog puppy who she works with who doesn’t like nail trims, and a husky who comes out with a great blown out coat every time. My dogs love her and I know they are cared for with patience when being groomed. She listens to the owner and the needs of the animal and it shows. She takes pride in her grooming craft and makes sure the doggy parents are satisfied before leaving with their pups!

I recommend nobody uses this place for boarding. I brought four dogs there for 24 hours and we've had problems ever since. All four dogs are sick. Three have been having accidents and bad stool. One dog threw up 6 times in a 4 hour time frame. One dog's front tooth is now up against another tooth!!!!! (He had a big gap and it looks like someone kicked him) We brought our food bowls in and they lost them... Didn't even say sorry, basically just said they can't find them. They fed my dogs out of paper take-out trays. I am not one to leave reviews, but for sure do not take your pets here if you love them!

Horrible! My dog was given his last meal of the day and his night time meds at 2pm and I was told that it was so that the dogs have time to digest and be let out before they close at 6pm. So, since they don't open again until 7am that means they are going at least 17 hours without food. He was extremely dehydrated and lethargic when I brought him home. His urine was very dark and he drank his entire bowl of water the moment we got home which he never does. I gave them a blanket to keep with him and it was handed back to me still folded in the bag I dropped him off with. When I asked why his blanket wasn't given to him, the lady at the front desk said "oh I don't know". I also left him with 4.5 days' worth of food for his 2 night stay as a just-in-case scenario. His food Tupperware was given back to me empty and I was told that he must have eaten it all, which again is extremely unlikely and even if he had, then why weren't my feeding instructions/portions weren't followed?! The staff was unhelpful and seemed put off by my questions of his stay. He has a cut on his nose and I wasn't told that he was injured. I noticed it when I picked him up. Why wouldn't someone give me a heads up that he had gotten hurt? I only brought him here because of someone's recommendation but after my experience, neither my friend nor me will ever return to this business. Untrustworthy.

Brodie seemed to be excited to be there when I dropped him off. When I picked him up he was his normal rambunctious self. He seems to connect well with the staff. They stated that he was a good boy while he was there. We intend to continue to use the services when needed.

I've never boarded my dogs there. However, Jess grooms our little special needs pomeranian, Gary. Jess does an amazing job taking care of our little guy. Jess and the girls absolutely spoil and adore Gary. We are very pleased with Jess.

We have used Country Comfort for several years now dating back to pre- pandemic. Our four legged family members are always happy and healthy when they come home. We know they are safe and we especially appreciate the attention they receive from Hayden and Abbey who have taken the time to get to know and understand their unique personalities!
