No attention paid to soup counter. Coldest day of year so far and soup was barely out before lunch but no crackers. No utensils. Asked for a spoon and when I got to the checkout only self checkout and express lane open and both were backed up. I only have a half hour for lunch so I returned the soup to the soup counter, left and went grabbed something somewhere else. Very disappointed!

If we were to talk about the floral option, there is quite the variety for a good price. As a florist of 5 years, working in the heart of Chicago to working in South Carolina. I am pleased to say, that as someone who wouldn't be knowledgeable about floral whole sale, would be getting a good deal. And for 15$ for 3 bundles you could potentially create a wonderful bouquet. However, I feel even doing 2 sets for 15$, being 6 bundles of flowers, would even show your expertise and skills. I would recommend to visit this jewels as it has a good variety of flowers unlike the other local ones. Thank you.

They close early and they are listed to be open until midnight. Totally not true and they should update this online. Sometimes the customer service is good other times they leave alot to be desired. The Jewel app is unreliable and the staff can't or won't help you.

I am a frequent shopper at the Yorkville Jewel location at Route 47 and 34. Almost every week they are always out of a couple to few items on my shopping list; doesn't matter what it is. I always end up having to shop at multiple stores just to get what I need. The deli needs better service. This week, there was only one customer being served, and meanwhile, I stood there for five minutes waiting, while the four other workers were standing further down the counter by the chicken. The customer service has gotten a little better in the past few weeks, but there are still some employees that don't care to give a smile or be helpful in any sort of way. Because of limited grocery stores in the area, it's either this Jewel location or the one off Orchard and 34, which often does a better job keeping things stocked and you never have to wait at the deli counter, or even long in the checkout lane. This location needs to step it up in service and keeping things stocked. I shouldn't have to worry about what day of the week to go to the store, or even a certain time of day, to ensure they have everything I need. Very frustrating!!!

In the last 60 days, I've ordered two cakes from this location. One was for a bridal shower, and the other was for a birthday. The ladies at the bakery helped me pick out the designs, cake-type, frosting type, and filling. Both cakes were excellent, and everyone who tried them enjoyed the flavors. Real fruit filling, not canned jelly you get from other bakeries and the whipped cream frosting was NOT the over processed stuff that tastes like chemicals.

experience today was a last minute run for snacks late at night (11:30). one cashier with self checkout turned off due to the late hour. overall the experience was better than average. would recommend ditkas meat sticks (friend bought 17, they were that good). the cashier looked exhausted as one would on their last 30 minutes of his shift, but was still courteous and professional. the man locking up, however, (while very nice and welcoming) wasn't wearing his mask and had it on his chin. would also highly recommend using the jewel osco rewards/couponing app for the full experience - i got a whole cake and an arizona tea for 8$. restroom was squeaky clean and even offered a large bottle of hand sanitizer for customers to use. only took off a star because i feel the cashier needs a raise. we saw him walk back to his car and as he pulled down his mask it seemed like it was the only thing holding him back from crying. we appreciate you brandon.

After the remodel store looks amazing! Kitchen crew is very helpful and polite. Definitely go on Mondays for cheep chicken. Always fresh and hot.

Store is kept clean and has a very large variety of products including fresh fruits, fresh produce, large bakery, large liquor section. The bakery offers a large variety of cakes for all occasions. They also offer a nice variety of international flavors from around the globe. You can get ice bags, propane had tanks both new and for refills. They carry everything you need for your next BBQ! They carry a nice variety of pre-cooked good items such as chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, etc... This store also offers nice support to the Y115 Yorkville Foxes school district. They also employed several students from the Yorkville High School by giving them a chance at their first job. Staff is friendly and always willing to help with their extensive training.

The worst location I've been too... I used to work at jewel, my sister used to work at jewel, and my mom currently works at jewel (not this one). I just moved to yorkville and I was so excited there was a jewel so close to me. Yeah, no. Everytime I go there, they are out of something. Anytime I want fresh food, they have an attitude. Their chicken is the worst I've ever tasted, and I love jewel chicken. I hope they get it together but until then, guess I'll have to drive the extra minutes to the jewel in Oswego for proper customer service and products.

Their management need to figure out how to run the floor properly. You watch people standing around, while your checker is going though hell not getting support having some bag on a busy Saturday morning. When you bring it up to a manger you get a sarcastic reply of they will look into it.

Not nearly as people friendly as they once were. Lately the staff seems unhappy and one would think they were all stoned. Maybe the only way they can tolerate the torture of working in a negative environment. The new self service check outs are a disappointment they tried it once before. Lame.... aldis is much better. You need to step it up Jewel. Maybe new management would help! And maybe more smiles from workers. I see a few but not enough.

We love the Gentle Dental staff our dentist Nicole Nimry is wonderful!! She is very knowledgeable, kind and a just outstanding dentist! The hygienist Itzel Curiel is very good at getting your pearly whites look great! The whole staff is really good front desk and all. Really glad we found you all. Thank you Gentle Dental

My husband and I went to Gentle Dental, they are in our Humana Medicare Advantage Network. We saw Itzel, for our cleaning and Dr. Nimry, for our checkups... VERY IMPRESSED with both of them.. Pleased with our Network Provider, Dental Gentle, selection!
