Repair was minor but price seemed high for extent of damage. Overall job seems good but repair was minor. Hours are not customer friendly.

The lady that works the front desk needs an additude adjustment. Didn't smile, she barely greeted me, and every question I had about their services, she always answered me with a snarcky and almost hostile additude.
Even though she was rude from the second I walked in, I thanked her for her help and wished her a good day, and she just said, "whatever" like a bratty teenager.
I've never had someone be so rude for no reason.

Carstar is very good place to bring your vehicle if it is damaged. I had them get a quote together to send into insurance and they had it done that same day. Set up a time for my truck to get fixed and dropped it off. Had it back a week later and it looked fantastic. Very pain free process with them. They told me how it would go in the beginning and they were true to thier word. I would recommend them to everyone who is in need of bodywork.
