Not only does the inside look unorganized their whole system is unorganized as well. I went in there looking to place a cake order on Saturday for a cake that I needed on Wednesday and I had went in myself to place the order and everything was set. Then I receive a phone call Tuesday morning, today, the day before the birthday, telling me their cake maker has apparently been sick all week and they have to cancel my order.They waited four whole days and the day before the birthday to tell me this and any other Baskin Robbins or even Dairy Queen needs 48 hours in advance to place a cake order. However based off other reviews it seems they made this up, because they don’t make cakes anymore and their workers who placed the order for me are not aware of this.

Tried to order a cake for my sons birthday online, but it wouldn’t work. I called the store and he kept cutting me off saying no no no we don’t make cakes no more. Very rude customer service.

I've been hereAt least four times in the last 3 months. They either close early(half hour before posted hours), twice they've been out of chocolate ice cream, or the shake machine is broken. I'm surprised their still in business.

We ordered a Turkey ice cream cake for a 14th birthday online. Went to pick up and they said they didn't have my order. They said they needed at least 3 weeks notice due to staffing. As they were on their phone with their manager they found the cake....

I've been waiting for a refund on a cake for 3 weeks now, after the manager called me to cancel it! then no one answers the phone and when they do no one can do a refund and the manager is gone? how long is a customer supposed to wait for a refund AFTER THE MANAGER CANCELED IT! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I never receive what I order every time I come to this location it’s ridiculous that I don’t get what I pay for. I understand mistakes happen but more than twice is more than enough. Very unpleasant purchases. Would not recommend this location in Yorkville, IL next to Aldi and Menard’s.

The worst mint chocolate chip shake ever. Can't taste the mint, tastes like milk with chocolate mini chunks, water down with milk. They closed the inside doors at 7, when they close at 9. This location might want to rethink not selling ice cream and just do donuts and coffee.
