If I could give the Yorkville store a zero I would. Customer service is awful. They try to take advantage of older people. I had my father go in to set up his insurance phone and the worker told him that the corporate store told him the wrong information and needed to set up a NEW line for it. It's an insurance claim there is no need for a new line. They refused to help. When I called the store they back pedaled and claimed they could help. Or you just wanted your commission that another store got.

Wow!! I was not looking forward to getting a new phone and waiting for everything to transfer but Kyle made it so fun and being an Android owner, it transfered very quickly. Kyle is a lot of fun to talk with. He is very kind and extremely helpful! Not only does he have amazing tech knowledge but he also is able to easily apply and teach others how to navigate through new technology.Thank you so much Kyle! ☺️

Amazing customer service. They helped me with surprising my gf with a new phone. I hope the staffs pillows are cool on each side, they hit nothing but green lights, and get extra sauces when they order nuggies. They are the real MVPs.

Not happy with the service techs inside this location. Went to change my protector screen under the lifetime warranty AT&T offers.. They put on the wrong screen the first time and I had to come back inside and ask for the correct screen. No apology was given,I even felt bad and tipped the tech (Nick) Five bucks because I understand mistakes happen and he had to redo the screen protector with the correct one. He rushed the process of putting on the screen protector and i ended up with a bubble in the middle of my screen and the screen is not centered with the black call bubble that the new iPhone 14 offers…. Nick and his manager proceeded to lie to my face and tell me “that’s how it’s supposed to be, bro.” And refused to do it the right way. I guess they must of forgotten that I already had a previous screen protector done the CORRECT way when I first purchased the phone.. I usually don’t write reviews but even after I tipped Nick for his mistake he proceeded to lie to my face. Will not return to that location ever again. Oswego location is WAY better! Shame on the Yorkville location. Horrendous customer service!!!!

I switched to AT&T and stopped here to get an upgrade mess corrected and both Sheri and Nick where here and omg they are awesomeness. There should be a Sheri and nick in every AT&T store and then things would be better for all. Never go to the AT&T in Oswego unless you like no answers, crazy prices, long waiting process while being helped even with an appointment, and still have to come back the next day and still get no where. I decided to go to this store in Yorkville since I was shopping locally and walked out with all the needed information about my account, the phone, and no appointment by the way, lol. They where both nice and very informative. Thank you Sheri and Nick!!!!

This store and att phone customer service are terrible. Manager has an ego and does not realize that you are the customer pay your phone bill which intern pays her check.as far as the phone customer service the will never fix it. I sent my new phone back and drop there service and brought my old galaxy fold to another provider. Been with them for 8 years but never dealt with customer service will not put up with poor service when I am paying for there pay checks
