Have used this garden center a few times over the years . Today was different- came in told them my wife was in earlier in week made purchased had delivery made no problems . Needed a few more stones to purchase can you help me . Meet with rudeness and attitude! Thought they could look up was purchased earlier and be ok ( NOT) . Was told if you that they have over “10,000” items and if you can’t tell me what you need they can’t help .

Really disappointing service now. I have (had) been purchasing here for years. There used to be quality customer service- and folks genuinely were knowledgeable, but now- good luck. Even if you ask for assistance in the office, no one comes out to meet you.

This is what $800 of “medium sized” Merrimack looks like. Horrible quality. Manager was very rude and did not want to hold accountability. Very sleazy company .

Unprofessional. They kept telling me that our order would get here at certain dates and they never did. I waited over a year to finally get it, for it to be the wrong color. Very bad service.

11/22/22 Purchased 5 yards of 3/4 limestone got it deliver to my house bad biz this stuff was all dust I called back and they asked to send me to managers voicemail they couldn’t do nothing for me as we signed paper to when delivery was dropped I also asked if they can come get it out my drive way I didn’t want my money back they decline, this place was my go to place for all my home flip landscaping needs, not anymore…$314.38 for this dust garbage!! Stold my money..

Will not be giving my business to this establishment any longer. I purchased 5 hydrangeas a week prior and then realized it was too many for where I was planting them. They never left their nursery pots. I tried calling twice and no one ever answered. I drove to the store and asked the woman at the counter. She said she couldn’t risk contamination and that it had been too long (that’s another issue their hours are terrible). I don’t understand how the plants could get anymore contaminated than them having them out in the open? I understand if I had planted them and took them out but that was not the case. I will no longer be shopping here and will take my business elsewhere.

They leave a bunch of rocks on the street in front of their business I drove by and got my windshield cracked by the car in front of me clean up your mess!

Very disappointed. Needed corrugated pond hose. Found the one I wanted on a display board, waited half hour for someone to help find coil. The hose was stored outside in the weather so when I pulled on it, it just split. Tried bending it and it split. Pond plants were un kept and tanks smelled of Rot.

Had me wait for 4 hours for ten bundles of wood and still did not get the wood I paid for horrible service if you ask me zero stars
