Im calling to get lab results after being called 3x and sitting by my phone all day only to have to cut through 10 minutes of red tape up leave s message. Your phone system is awful.

Ashley is not good at her job. Today i went to the minute clinic pretty positive i had strep they did the test, and i was negative. She told me to spend $$ on something I didn’t need because she failed to actually look at my throat herself. Wasted my time going there and this isn’t been the first time

I am upset with this CVS Minute Clinic. Around midnight last night (July 20) I made an appointment online. I was given an appointment at 6:50pm today. (July 21). Because I had chills and a slight fever, a family member gave me a home COVID-19 test, which was negative. I left home with plenty of time to get to my appointment, but the Kiosk would not acknowledge either my name or my confirmation number. Finally, a receptionist came out and had me sign in on paper. I finally got in to see a Medical Professional, who listened to my symptoms, then told me I had to go to another facility. I got to the OSF facility before they close. The PA there examined me, ordered a prescription, gave me a note for work and was very professional. I don't understand why CVS gave me an appointment if they would not treat me! I WON't be back!

Ashley is the best there! She listens and provides great service and has never mistreated me. I wish she was my pcp she is that good! Ive dealt with other doctors and nurses and by far she is the best!!

As a nurse I am extremely disappointed with the mistreatment. She treated me as if I came in with bad intentions when I was speaking very polite to her. She did not help me when I had a simple conversation and directed me to make an appointment when she was aware the slots were full. It was a closed question that required a yes or no answer. I’ve never written a bad review but this one I had to warn my community on.
