Sean Murphy is a great help with STR insurance coverage. He was able to offer quotes from several companies, and didn't favor one over the other. He acts as an independent agent, rather than selling a particular company's product. Very highly recommended.

Once your a customer he really doesn’t have time for you. Just keep paying the premiums.He doesn’t want you to ever make a claim. Automatic response is your rates will go up and you will get dropped. We had a claim when he wasn’t available. He never called back. We made the claim to corporate. It was processed and now rates crease or cancellation. Asked him to fix a date as we were moving and he cancelled the trip nsurance too soon. He told us to have our new guy fix it.

This insurance company seems only interested in getting your business, not keeping it. Sean is not good at follow up. Once he gets your business he figures you will just keep paying your premium. Don't try to make a claim. He will tell you that it will raise your premiums and then you will get cancelled. We tried and he kept putting us off. Finally we had a claim and he wasn't available. Corporate took care of us. No Increase and no canceling. And he never called to ask what happened or if he could help. When we had to cancel to move out of state he cancelled it for the wrong day. We asked him to change it by 1 day and he said ask your new guy to do it.
