It was my first visit and I appreciated them accommodating me as a new customer. they are thorough in their explanations of problems, which I also appreciate, as I know they were busy but they still want you to understand what is going on with your car. I called them on a referral from another auto repair shop who wasn't able to get me in as quickly, which says a lot if you are referred to a business by one of their competitors. One aspect of their service which requires attention is , They need to install a CCTV in the reception area which helps the customers to see whether their vehicle is ready to be picked up . The system will be very useful during winter time when customers were seen waiting by the exit door waiting for the cleaning to be completed.”
