My car broke down and the tow driver referred me to them. They fixed my car same day. What a life saver and they saved me so much money. I wish if there’s a ZERO star rating!!! They don’t know what they’re doing! Also, they have bad attitude to their customers! Lastly, they charge too much and do nothing to the vehicle.

Buyer Beware! Never leave without receipt! Went through Koalify……. Finance company did not receive detailed List text d work to be done by plus Auto. Joe ……. Store manager says he does not guarantee work……. Yet it’s financed???? Paid loan off early. Questioned work completed…..as repairs that were supposedly done …… air condition etc. not working & other parts were not fixed like promised. Never using them again!!!! I do not recommend. Filing a complaint with finance company, BBB and further action as well.

Car broke down and wouldn't start. The owner took care of me. Was very reasonable. And got me running within a couple hours.

VERY BAD!!! Tried taking me for every penny I have. Stated one thing after another needed repair. Had to keep paying for new parts. Police had to be called. Finally had to have my car towed as parts were missing. Contacting ADA services on Monday to report and hopefully take them to court.

Very incompetent and unqualified manager and staff. I went for a very simple basic service (a bearing installation) and I ended up with a series of 14 visits over 8 weeks where a new issue appears in the car every time. I had to wait four hours on average each time and pay more money. When I went to another mechanic I discovered that the bearing was not properly installed in the first place. The new mechanic solved the problems in half an hour.

They are thief’s and the mechanic don’t know how to do the work they will fix for you something and sabotage the other part. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
