My physician ordered eye drops 1 week ago. I received an automated text stating your prescription is delayed we are reviewing your insurance, the day the order was placed. 1 week later I had not heard anything else back. I called the pharmacy directly and was transferred twice. I finally was given to the pharmacist who told me my insurance did not approve the order. I told the pharmacist I had a coupon and she stated That I could then receive the eye drops - but there were none in stock at that time. Why wasn’t I called to be informed that my insurance did not approve the order? I asked this question and was just told “I’m sorry”. Now my treatment has been delayed by over a week And I imagine I will have to wait in line for 30-40 minutes like I usually have to do when I go to pick up my medication.

Pharmacy has very substandard customer service. Constantly giving people the run around. Just absolutely frustrating to deal with them every single time.

The prices are really high, the pharmacy takes forever, and prescriptions are CONSTANTLY out of stock and delayed.

I called at 5pm because my son needed an antibiotic and was told they received the script and find out how long for it to be filled. I was told to call back at 6:30 to make sure it was filled. I called back and heard the recording saying they close for lunch break at 6:45 when I spoke with the pharmacist I asked if they were going to be open if I leave now and get there in 10 minutes and it was 6:35 at that time. I was told yes it would be no problem and I would be able to pick up the prescription. I arrived and guess what, they're closed for their lunch. This location has had all kinds of issues but I was hopeful when I got through to a pharmacist tech right away both times I called. When someone shows you who they are, believe them. Written while I wait for them to open back up.

File a complaint with corporate. Absolutely incompetent staff in the pharmacy. Never have my prescriptions ready, or they are out, they don't communicate and they have messed up types of medication now 4 times. They all need to be fired and in general this location needs corporate to intervene and take charge until new staff are properly trained.

The pharmacy is terrible, they don't call to update you when there is a delay or a problem with filling a prescription. Jada in extremely rude and not helpful at all, kept me on the hold for an 1hr+. Id recommend getting your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Awful. Repeatedly ignored prescription refill requests, the pharmacist is just a rude mean person, they never have anything ready when it’s supposed to be, or after you call to make sure, or after they claim they started it. It’s delay delay delay until you physically appear in front of them, and only then will they fill it. Even with active refills on a non-controlled substance. WORST PHARMACY EVER. I tried for 6 years. I give up. I’m transferring to Walmart. NO STARS IF I COULD. NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.

Pharmacy line is always upwards an hour wait. If you go inside their employees hide and walk away from registers to avoid checking people out. Desperately needs to prioritize better staffing.

Always takes forever to get medication. Sit in line for 45mins for them to say it's not done is regular there. Even after they sent a message it's ready. Or the drive through is closed for whatever reason often. Than go inside and 10 people in line...smh

Honestly, I would give them 0 stars if I didn't want to leave a caution for anyone considering using this Walgreens pharmacy. I needed to get to the doctor's office yesterday before they closed and knew it would be tight after work, but needed to pick up specific medication they were to instruct me to use at my appointment. I called in the early afternoon and was told they could fill my prescription, but never got confirmation of it being filled. When I called before leaving work, they confirmed it should have been filled two hours ago, but wasn't and told me the standard 15 minutes routine. I get there, it's going to be another 15 minutes. I remind them I need to take it to my appointment and ask them to please hurry. They delay another 20 minutes to tell me they don't actually carry it in stock. I ask them to call another pharmacy to see if they can fill it and they proceed to stand there just saying "I'm going to call" for several more minutes, yes just standing there doing nothing else but tell me they're going to call, not calling. Another person in line spoke up annoyed with this behavior. Then it's a constant "oops, they hung up" game while wasting my time. Finally they find one that can fill it and begin to write out the address for me only to scratch it out and start over, then try to delay me further to show me on their phone where it is. When I get to the other pharmacy, they can't fill my prescription because this one marked it filled. I have no doubt this was intentionally done to delay me again. Needless to say, didn't make the appointment. Don't waste your time here.

Only giving one star because I have to. They are rude, slow, and completely incompetent at their jobs to say the very least. I could go on forever about how terrible they are. Expect to spend your whole day waiting in line to pick up a prescription, they’ve cause me to be late to work multiple times, no matter how early I get there. They also will not contact you about issues so be sure to call to check in, it’s the only way to get anything done. Even upon calling I had to do their job in contacting my insurance company (online told me there was a delay but no action needed on my end), they were just going to let my prescription go unfilled (and it was a time sensitive medication). Then once the issue was cleared up, I had to call and have them actually fill it otherwise who knows when it would have been done. Don’t go here if you don’t have to. THE WORST!

Awful pharmacy! Every time I call I'm put on eternal hold, three different people I spoke to today didn't help me at all when my meds were supposed to be ready yesterday at 11:00 a.m. they just put me on hold and never came back, then I finally get a hold of a pharmacist and she said, all they had to do was process it. Three people I spoke with, just said "we'll text you" never happened.
They didn't want to ck on the problem, they just tossed it to the side, and it was a simple fix. This happens all the time at this location. HORRIBLE customer service, extremely slow, there's always a very long line, in and at drive thru.
They suck all around. I'd give them a big fat ZERO if I could.
