Been here a few times for various upgrades and such. Everyone I have dealt with here has been great. Going above and beyond to provide great customer service. Very honest and forthright with everything. I will continue to go back to this store.

I purchased a new phone back in December and made the terrible decision to pick up at this store. This store and its employees do not know how to process online orders. I picked up the phone which took over an hour. It's suppose to be quick and convenient. What a joke. Days later I was called back into the store due to the fact that they processed my order incorrectly. Almost 4 months later and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. Their failure to process my order correctly has resulted in incorrect monthly charges for my account in the tune of hundreds of dollars. Verizon corporate is not willing to help either. Avoid this store at all costs. This is not an official verizon store and they don't know what they are doing. Save yourself the frustration.

Wait time was over an hour, and wasn’t helped. Tried to sell us on overpriced marked up phone cases, I urge you guys not to buy the phone cases and a screen protectors here. They are purchased as little as $5 and sold for over $60 a piece they’ll try to sell you on the fact they have a lifetime warranty however in the fine print the lifetime warranty is referring to the lifetime of the phone, so the warranty is only valid for 1-2 years. Before it’s null and void. They care a lot about their commission, and spend more time with customer service tech support because they don’t know what to do

Woodstock has a great staff. They made my transfer very easy. I will always go to that store. They were just very helpful!!!!

My husband & I were in the area for a birthday party on Saturday. He just got the S24 ultra phone & we needed the stores help to activate it. Logan helped us resolve our issue & even opened the door for us (my husband had a knee replacement last month). He was super knowledgeable about this great new device. We would never have gotten this service at our local Verizon store. We will travel the 40 mins for service like that. Thanks Logan!

This store almost screwed me out of a HUGE promotion. I wanted to take advantage of the FREE Xbox Series S PLUS a Free $200 amazon gift card and I made it very clear that the primary reason I was sighing up for this service was to take advantage of this offer. They happily signed me up for service and told me that the Free Xbox would not be able to be redeemed until I had been a customer for 60-90 days. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. The promotion could be taken advantage of immediately however in order to do so you needed to sign up online and not in store. This was never told to me and I was in-fact told the opposite. I'm assuming this was done so I didn't just walk right out and instead would be forced into providing them a commission and forfeiting the promotional offers. Which is nearly what happened if I would have rated the 60-90 days they told me to. So since I singed up through this store I was basically disqualified from taking advantage of that promotion which I had signed up to take advantage of tin the first place. Plus I had to jump through dozens of rings including going without service for 4 days, speeding over 6hrs total time on the phone, and having to pay for a full month of service 12 days into having it. I am extremely unhappy with this store for allowing this to happen and will never be using there services again. Although I am still a Verizon customer. Also Thank you to the many people I talked to at the corporate office for getting this straightened out for me. If it were not for them I would not have received my Xbox or $200 Amazon gift card. If you want something done right just do it yourself.

I went to Verizon to get a new phone and Marcus (goes by Marc) was so helpful. Instead of getting a low trade in value I got a $800 trade-in value when getting my iPhone 15. Marcus also showed me many features on the new phone that would've taken me weeks to find but instead I found them in minutes and I use some of them almost everyday. Whenever I go back I'm gonna make sure Marc is there, an amazing experience.

It’s not often you go to buy a phone at a Verizon store and leave with not only a phone but a very impressive experience. Miguel and Christian are phenomenal. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Keep these guys on your staff. They elevate the experience. Thanks guys!

Matt was very helpful and telling us the difference between the iPhones in Android phones we ended up going with another Android didn't want to start another learning curve at our age I suggest you get softer seats for us old folks who have some issues with back pain leg pain and the like of it that happens as we grow old they were kind enough to get me a chair from one of the offices we were there for almost 3 hours Matthew was wonderful transferring all our information over but I'm still having the same problem with dropped calls as I was having when we went in so the new phone did not help that I don't know what the issue is

Came in today to swap phones because I wanted a different color and these guys were very helpful! Took the time to make sure my phone was set up and I was taken care of. Highly recommend this location

Payton M. was an incredible help to me. He was polite, listened to my concerns and offered me a solution to my phone problem with my new hearing aids - even though he said he was not expert on the issue. I highly recommend this store and Payton.
