I'd given 5 stars because the people behind the counter are so nice. I want to give ZERO STARS for all the wet mail I've gotten because someone doesn't care about doing their job right yet alone excelling at it. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SHUT THE DAMN LID!! How hard is it, seriously how much time would it take? You lift it up, put the mail in THEN FLIPPING SHUT IT!!

Chelsea is the absolute greatest mail carrier I have ever had!! She always has a smile on her face!! I always get my mail in good condition!! My neighbors love her too!!! And my dog is so happy when we see her!!

Mailed a birthday card to my sister, who lives in different town and never received it. Happened last year too!! Week and half later she still didn’t receive it!! What the heck is going on!! And it was mailed directly from the post office!! Going from Woodstock IL to Belvidere, IL Doesn’t take this long!! Guess I’ll have to start sending certified!!

LAURIE THE SUPERVISOR IS RUDE AND PATHETIC. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS BEING RUDE AND NOT DOING HER JOB CORRECTLY. (COMMON ISSUE HERE) AS IM ASKING FOR FULL NAMES AS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO PROVIDE SHE WALKS AWAY AND SAYS SHES DONE. ILL BE BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE POST MASTER AND FILLING FORMAL COMPLAINTS.

This is a public building or federal building. You make money by selling postal supplies and stamps, but this is the people's building you are a public employee. Well-educated people know about poster 7, where we can take pictures in Foyers, corridors and publicly accessible areas. This is the first amendment. This location wasted tax payers' money by calling the police on a man with a camera. Yes, the video cameras that are at this location can be FOIA requested and accessed to be seen by the public.

Uneducated employees. The postmaster also guides these employees through unreal fears about people with cameras. Get another job and work for the private sector. Fire them all and give us better public workers.

They do not close at the time that they said, JUST FYI THEY CLOSE 10 min earlier ALWAYS! So be careful and please guys change ur hours. So upset

Completely destroyed my college certificate and gave me a apology letter. That doesn't fix the fact my important document is destroyed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone crying in this review has absolutely no clue how the Post Office works and only shows the entitlement mentality people nowadays have."I couldn't get in at 12:57".... same person who walks into a restaurant 5 minutes before close"They wouldn't look for my package" .... you're right, there's only 2000 of them, but you're so important."Oh no, I came unprepared for my passport and they wouldn't make everybody else wait".... so sorry your highness."Supervisor was so mean because she wouldn't totally break every rule just for me".... I arrived at 12:57pm and tried opening the door but I couldn’t because there is a big white old man who works here that locks the door before closing time. The closing time was 1pm on Saturdays but this guy is so thirsty and desperate to leave work he locks up before closing time. ?

Can be hit or miss with their service. And some delivery postal people are rude. I'm 20years we have had one nice lady and we were sad to see her go after so many years.

I’m done with USPS they have messed up my priority shipping for years now and I never want to work with them again. They were supposed to take a package from Woodstock to Hampshire (2 towns over) and some how sent to NJ. Pathetic.

I came to the office to drop off an envelope. I am a new ebay seller and don't know much about the correct envelopes sometimes. The woman at the counter with a deep european accent made a big scene in front of four other people and I was so embarrassed. She was basically yelling at me about what the correct package is and why the one i had was wrong. I see why this location has such low reviews. It's a very clean location but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Why not be nice and professional about the situation and give me a better solution?

...I don't like wasting time writing reviews but I hope upper management sees this one.The staff here responds to your concerns with automated responses..you can give them all of your concerns and they carelessly give you an answer unrelated to your issue but more about their policies instead leaving your problem and concerns unaddressedThe supervisor is very rude and short with you. Yesterday I had (another) failed delivery attempt and was specifically told to sign the slip and leave it on my mailbox for re delivery...today she tells me that's not the policy and I have to come in and pick up the package....there was no re delivery attempt...the driver leaves the "we missed you" notices when he pleases so some days you don't even know you missed a packageI have over $70,000 in packages to me, small number to some but every month I have to waste my time with these people risking more damages to packages and the chance of getting lost etc. Not to mention I have to call and drive all over the place just to get them in a reasonable timeHasn't always been like this, just recently
