I'm a elderly lady went in the store to get help with my vape Dylan helped me with my coil Im only able to use one hand so I have a hard time changing it he also help me with buying another vape BY the time I was finished I was in tears to know that there is kind and caring people out there Dylan is the best There aren't enough stars to rate this young man. Favorite shop in town! Friendly staff, awesome juice, and salt selections. There are plenty of cool current devices for all levels of experience. Always have some awesome customer service. And awesome 5 star rewards!

The juice selection is by far better quality than another local shop down the road, the employees are generally pleasant and knowledgeable. The juice variety could use some revamping but I also understand quality over quantity. Convenient location and hours.

Dylan was the most knowledgeable and patient vape sales rep I have ever met. I came in needing to upgrade my device. He helped me understand the differences between all the different options, and choose which device best suited my preferences. Thanks again, Dylan, for making my shopping experience so pleasant. They don't stand behind the products they sell, I use to enjoy going here until I bought a new device. I was told that there was a 30 day warranty for defects at the time of purchase. I took my system back 1 week after purchase for the malfunction with the pod portion of the device and they refused to fix or replace the parts pertaining to the issue. They would not stand behind the product they sold.
