We delivered a shipment at this facility.The truck and trailer was parked. While unloading the cargo from our trailer, Forklift operator went in to our toolbox door and damaged. They said it's our fault because we left the toolbox door open. Of course that's not true. Lots of doors may be open on my truck or trailer, it doesn't mean you can damage them.If they are not able to operate the forklift without damaging our equipment - do not even approach it!Both forklift operator and manager refused to take responsibility for these damages.The Sheriff didn't say we shouldn't have left the door open. We can leave any doors open at any time - that doesn't mean you should damage them. Sheriff said he is not able to force you to assume the responsibility and we should be taking you to court. Also, you are saying to send you the estimate, when at the same time you already verbally said you are refusing to take responsibility for these repairs.

Worst place ever! Went in weeks ago with a sample of wood, they said they couldn't get it so I had to replace the whole porch roof. I said "ok" then tried to get a quote to submit payment 3 times. No quote ever showed up, called today to speak with a manager. No apologies about their awful sales rep and was also rude. Use a smaller company, like Chain O lakes a lumber ever since Woodstock Lumber was bought out the customer service and just about everything else has gone down hill. Thanks again for not getting me a quote after asking repeatedly and delaying the project!! You're the best.

Absolutely terrible driver for this company on the road the other day. Speeding, crossing center lane on 2 lane road, squeezed me out with leaving his lane. Called in and no return call to address the obvious safety issues.

I read the Google reviews before calling so was thinking this might not go well. The person I talked to just basically said they couldn't help me without really asking any questions about my project. Didn't offer any options based on what I told him. I just felt dismissed. Disappointing. Guess I'll just go to Home Depot.

Great trim selection, had to match new trim to existing trim on a rehab. Jimmy knew exactly what we needed and ordered it at a great cost composted to big box stores comparable trim pieces. Only issue was delays on delivery, but otherwise it would be a 5 star for sure!
