Ordered shooting jacket, had a flaw in material, contacted and showed them the flaw, and they sent me another!!That is exceptional customer service in my book. Great outfit to deal with! Super quick delivery since it's a week before Christmas.Size was perfect. Roomy shell pockets, ambidextrous pockets for ammo, recoil reduction pads, and chest storage pockets.Zippered sides to access pants pockets and an inside pocket. Might be the best shooting jacket I owned the last 55 years!!!

Great place for hunting and shooting gear. They don't really have a storefront per se. But if you call ahead it will take care of you. Good customer service. Good quality products. I'm a big fan of their NiCA shooting jacket. Perfect for cool/colder weather shooting at the shotgun range

I placed an order online and the package was lost or stolen upon arrival. The customer service rep Brenda did nothing but suggest I file a police report in New York City for a stolen package or purchase another item. I took it upon myself to file a claim with UPS who guarantee reimbursement or return of the package. I called Brenda to let her know and request a replacement to be sent but Brenda would be out $400 until that point. She then became argumentative and told me I needed to take more responsibility. You lost a new customer relationship that had the potential to make thousands of dollars on over the course my new hobby. Really a shame - small businesses main perk is customer relations especially building new client relationships. They definitely do not care about their customers. Do not shop here!

Randomly came across Nica Shooting online when searching for a particular Beretta item. Called them because an item I was interested in was sold out online. They quickly contacted other suppliers to see if they could get it and let me know when the items came in. Also provided a discount code for being in the military. Extremely pleasant, fast, and professional service. Awesome first time experience, would definitely buy from again if I need anything.
