Fast and easy! I called ahead of time to see about a battery being in stock, they had it. Also got a stud I needed for one of my terminal clamps. Straight to the point service with no up selling. I will be returning.

Complete useless place. You need to tell them exact Napa part number so they help you out. If you don’t have it they will NOT EVEN TRY to look it up or cross it over

Went in Friday to purchase a fuel line and two compression fittings. The attendant gave the wrong size, I later realized this when trying to install. Napa was closed so I had to go to another auto parts store where I was given the correct size fittings. I brought in the line and fittings that Napa gave me and the attendant there agreed that they were the incorrect size for the line. Saturday morning I went in to Napa to return the parts or get this issue addressed and was greeted by the same attendant/sales person. According to my receipt his name was either Daniel or Andy. The first thing I noticed was the smell of alcohol on his breath. He was either intoxicated or hung over from the night before. Said employee was extremely rude when I explained that i was given the incorrect size, he started raising his voice. At that point I called for a manager, She agreed to the refund but had issues processing It through their system. Not sure what was going on there, but Ultimately did get it in cash. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

This napa location is great. Troy and Matt are very knowledgeable and fast. They also have a lot of delivery drivers to speed things up. Tons of parts in stock. I'm always impressed with this place, they always have what I'm looking for, in stock.

Everything you could ever want to fix or repair you vehicle available to you immediately or within 24 hours. The staff is very helpful finding exactly what you want and need. The price is a little high then the other auto parts store in town but the value is difinately worth it. I have purchased parts from the other guys and the break within a short time then you buy them again. Never had this ever happen with the napa part.
