I’m so disappointed in the necklaces we received from this company. Don’t expect to be able to see your loved ones fingerprint…can’t see any lines..and they won’t make it right or give us our money back…don’t waste your money at this company!

I know you're mourning a loss, and I'm sorry you're going through that. But please look elsewhere for a memorial piece. These are priced OUTRAGEOUSLY. It's ridiculous. No other words.

My son, 9, lost his uncle very unexpectedly, and they were very, very close. I mean, we all were very close. This gave him a tangible item that still had a part of him. The ridges of the fingerprint were perfect and offered him that palpable feeling of something that was his uncle, especially when he truly missed him. Sadly, the cord to the necklace broke within two days and he was quite devastated. However, we were able to manipulate it until we could replace it. overall, this has been a wonderful part of my son's healing, and I could not be more grateful. Yes it was 200 and something dollars but it was worth every single penny to provide my son a little extra comfort and an amazing memory.

Be very wary ordering from thumbie if you are an international customer. Their already very steep prices are in usd (which I didn't notice mentioned anywhere prior to my receipt). They give you no shipping options besides UPS, who will then charge you brokerage fees out the butt to release the item. A small sterling silver pendant has cost farrr more than is appropriate.Contacting customer service is a waste, they will simply shrug their shoulders. This is suppose to be a sentimental gift, we are left feeling ripped out from the experience. It's disappointing.

I am very disappointed with this company. Please consider making your prices reasonable. I feel you are taking advantage of those who are experiencing the deepest hurt and pain they will ever know in their life .. if you truly cared about sharing a gift so beautiful as this, you wouldn't feel right taking thousands for a very small amount of silver or gold, and sterling silver has no value whatsoever.. this is a wonderful idea, but you are wrong for the prices.. I so wanted to gift one to myself and my Sister, but the prices are so far out of reach, I can't make it happen. I will ask for the funeral home to release my Mother's fingerprints, so I can look elsewhere. What a shame... I want a piece of my Mommie always with me, and I will find the means to do so with a company that is more honorable. I still almost considered it, but the reviews had me alarmed and baffled...I rely on reviews when making decisions, and I know I must turn the other way. Take care you money hungry evil people.

This company has no morals. They hold your deceased love ones fingerprint as ransom to their over price Chinese made jewelry. They have a limited selection with cheaper quality.If you are a Funeral Home, please drop your agreement with this company.

previously ordered Thumbies for mother then dad in 2003. Sister passed in June 2022. After three attempts on their part I finally said 'enough, you win'. First time the thumbies engraving wasn't legible and they had a makers mark; was told I could've requested no mark but how can that be done when it was never mentioned on the order page. I had to pay to send them back. Second time font was still too small and makers mark was still there. I had asked them to email me a proof/mock up but they didn't. they paid for this return. Third time font is somewhat larger but still need a magnifier and makers mark was gone. Ordered 3 Thumbies. One with DEEDEE and years of birth and death. Second was CINDY with same years. Third was MOM with years. Their quality of workmanship is very poor. I suggest you order a keepsake from any of the other companies for considerably less money. I used Thumbies because of previous keepsakes. My mistake. I should have returned these for a refund but I'm frankly tired.

Pendants cost a fortune, ordered one for my uncle whom passed away and immediately had to return for full refund. Pendant looked like it was made from China on a stainless steel pendant when it was suppose to be silver. Had to return the pendant to get money back. Would not use services again.
