BEWARE! I have never met a more dishonest business person. We turned over my dad's HO collection to be sold by Matt, who kept coming up with reasons for delaying the inventory but was lying all along. We finally asked for everything back and followed him to a storage unit out in the country, where the boxes of my dad's collection were buried deep amongst other unrelated items. He had trouble locating our boxes, despite the fact that Matt had been telling us he was working on the inventory all along for months. I know we didn't get everything back and we certainly lost money because of his run around. Yes, Matt is pleasant face to face and seems to run a nice little shop but never, ever try to sell something through him. He is a terrible procrastinator who lies to try to cover his tracks.

I had the best time in the store. Matt and his team are so knowledgeable. If you are a train enthusiast, they would love to have you. I got a goodie bag today. Can't wait to go back.

Owner is a thief. We pre-paid $90 for some train tracks. Several phone calls and months later we still haven't received our merchandise. Other customers have made the same complaint on different review sites. Avoid this business.
