A very sad place ! I am a refuge from Florida due to hurricane Ian . I applied to this Marathon Fema had given a lost of jobs locally. I moved back to my parents home town Woodstock. Long story short I applied the older man that had called back was upset that he could not leave a voicemail I let him know that we're in the middle of a huge transition and we just got stable those messages could be from numerous of resources that helped us relocate regardless he was rude and upset that I called back an hour later which was around 11 in the afternoon he then denied my application because he was upset about my voicemail

I have been visiting Woodstock Marathon Gas Station off and on over the past 7 months. The convenience store inside is always clean, and products appear to be faced well and properly rotated. My interactions with store clerks and owner have always been positive.

THAT SHORT HAIRED WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE AT THIS EXACT TIME (AROUND 8:45PM ON A SATURDAY) IS THE RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE WORKER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. My significant other really needed to use the restroom emergently, yet she so rudely yelled at him, "NO, IT'S CLOSED!" Whoever hired her should fire her immediately. She should RESPECT her customers or else she would have no job. FIX THIS NOW, PLEASE. We have never been treated so disrespectfully. SHAME ON HER.

I stop here to get gas on my way to work, solely because the convenience of where it’s located. Paying at the pump isn’t bad. It doesn’t ask you for your zip code or if you want a car wash or the last 4 digits of your social security number or your addresses for the last 10 years or anything like that. Be prepared to spend an extra 45 minutes waiting for it to ask if you want a receipt, though.
Going inside is a whole different story. I’ve lived in Woodstock for 8 years and since I can remember, they have been needing $5’s and $10’s in that register. You’d think they’d have that figured out by now.
And forget trying to pay with a $50 or $100. It WILL piss them off and you will be made to feel guilty about it.
If you plan on buying any snacks or drinks, you may want to stop off at Illinois Title Loans first. I got a couple of Red Bulls once and had to clear out an entire off-shore bank account just to finance the purchase.

Cashier wouldn't turn on the pump when i swiped my card. So i went inside to prepay and the guy couldn't figure out how to charge me the correct amount and asked me what pump i was at three times. The guy was obviously very drunk and reeked of alcohol. He almost charged me $300 to prepay so i just canceled the transaction and left. Ridiculous...

Owner or manager is an idiot with DMV services!!! Do not go here... He has no idea what he's doing! On top of it charges $7.50 . Tryed to explain what was going on he can't comprehend anything and talk to a combat vet like I'm the idiot. I'll never ever stop here again..
