I've been going to Lupita for years and had never had a bad experience. She's very professional. She also makes conversation to relate with her customers. Great person and as long as I live in the area, I'll be going to her for hair cut.

Terrible with kids, not polite and extremely rude with customers. Do NOT recommend I’m taking my business elsewhere. I hope her customers service will approve soon bcs it’s HORRIBLE. Never been in a worst salon ever.

Lupita is rude, impatient, and entitled. I observed her yelling at a customer's children while waiting in line. She is arrogant and it certainly comes across in simple conversation. My husband had been going there for years and on one occasion, he showed up, in the hour prior to closing, and she had already locked the doors. He gets a simple trim. She never took more than 15 to 20 minutes with him. She didn't even open the door. Simply motioned for him to return another time. Don't post hours on a sign, outside your business if you do not intend to follow them.

Came here for the first time. Got a good haircut at a good price. Lady was pleasant and courteous. Only thing she did not cleanup the nape of my neck with a razor.

Best prices and amazing service. Lupita has been doing my hair for like 10 years. Never an issue. Has taken me from black to platinum black multiple times. She is an Olaplex authorized distributor.
