Boat was purchased as is with understanding things would be fixed, boat leaked in water, over heated, and had valve float l, promised he had the transom tested for rot said it was good to go, took elsewhere and transom was rotten. Dave claimed to be working on it as promised date got pushed back every month and the boat sat in the same spot, from miss communication on his end he thought I called his mechanics incompetent then threatened to "punch my teeth in"then acknowledged it was just different angry customer that did this. terrible experience, mechanics were nice owner very unprofessional

If I could do a negative star I would. They have basically held our boat hostage for 3 damn years. Every excuse under the sun. Do not take your boat here!!!!! Still don't have our boat back yet from them. They are ridiculous to work with.

Last year I replaced my waffle tree on my 1990 Colman pop up camper cable wires needed to be relocated, brought it home cranked it up was hard but got it up cranking it down was hard very strong. Went camping Memorial Day weekend cranking up camper and something broke camper was popped up but not able to bring down. Wiffle tree pipe was not out of camper frame so I could crank up camper for some reason the pipe was pushing in . Broke sprocket rubbing against frame. You bring it there to fix problems and you bring home to another. He refused to come to talk with me at front teak I waited over 20 minutes he said he was busy with customer. When they know they did something wrong the don’t want to face you. I’m glad I was able to fix myself

I recently had a LiFePO4 battery install done on my RV. I was so concerned about the hack job that was done and the possibility of an electrical fire, I finally found another shop (NoWhere Vans in Elkhorn WI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for electrical installs!) to redo the complete project yesterday. I sat with them and watched the tear out and reinstall for 6 hours. Mike explained the reasons for everything he was doing. It cost me another $1365 but it was worth every penny. I wish I had found this shop to begin with. Thankful I went with my gut because there were NO fuses and incorrect wire sizes and many loose connections. a fire waiting to happen. Dave and crew will tell you they can do ANYTHING but obviously they cannot. I also had to do a chargeback to my credit card...which I have never done in my life...for a $1300 down payment on another project which THANKFULLY had not been started. Trying to get money back from Dave is very difficult. When I saw the battery install there was NO WAY they were touching anything else on my rig. I wish I had paid more attention to the one star reviews before trusting my rig to this shop.

Dave is the most crooked sales person I have ever met stay away. They are now under full investigation by the DNR .trust me stay away I have never received my title or registration been 3yrs now conservation police just got a hold of me said they're under investigation

Not enough stars to give Dave.
I called inquiring about a boat trailer for my new Tritoon. He explained to me into exactly what I should be looking for. He had one in stock. Based on 10 minutes on the phone, I bought it, sight unseen, giving him my credit card info. When I got there, it was exactly as described, the trailer was ready to go with all the paperwork assembled in a neat folder. If a boat trailer can be beautiful, this one was. Dave took the time to walk me through all the trailer's functions.
Rarely do you encounter people with Dave's integrity and honestly. His shop, the work her showed me, this attention to detail, is sadly uncommon today. It hearkens back to a time when you could do a handshake deal. While his store is 1.5 hours away from me, I'll happily drive that distance to buy from him again.

From start to finish, Johnny was awesome! He attentively listened to the concerns I had with my boat AND trailer (I was happily surprised they worked on both...some marina's don't). He advised me on what was needed, completed the repairs as promised and the cost of repairs were more than fair!
I will recommend them to others!!

the owner of this business sold my boat on consignment and has not paid me for my portion, what makes things worse is someone is driving my boat without a valid title for the boat or trailer. I believe the new owner is named Shaw, if so you might want to meet me at the Woodstock Police Department, so if you see this, I'm easy to find.

Dave and Mike and the rest of the team are fantastic. Have used them for several years and they do a great job winterizing and prepping boats for the season. Very pleased with professionalism and affordability. Also very responsive to any questions or concerns.

I would recommend to anyone I purchased a boat from another g3 dealer had numerous issues they attempted to fix my f problems 3 times with no success then quit answering my calls for resolution so finally gave up and went to lake marine the owner Dave got g3 to warranty issues and johnny the service tech fixed 100% of issues was way impressed thanks again for the great service
