I completely adore the staff here from the guys in the shop to the office ladies. Heather and Danielle (TWINS I THOUGHT) are such sweet hearts they helped me with everything even my rental! I also was able to save on my deductible as well, It really helped me out because times have been hard for me during Covid. They detailed my car so nice i couldn't be more happy! I will always take my car or any other vehicle to them from here on out. Outstanding place to go, They all are great and my car looks even more amazing now then it did when i brought it in!

Heather and the team over at Jim Olson helped me tremendously when I was in a bind with a front bumper piece I needed installing. The service was quick and the guys made sure to bring me into the shop to explain the process they went through, and answered any questions I had. These guys rock! I took my Salvaged Nissan 350Z to Jim Olsons and Randy and his team did a great job. My 350Z was totaled and required a new quarter panel/rocker panel and a new front end. They did such a great job I have driven it a year and everything they have done has made the car feel so great. The paint job they did was amazing and didnt take and arm and a leg. Great place, price, and people.

Randy and staff is great! They went above and beyond helping us with not only our truck being repaired, but also another vehicle of ours when the AC went out. They are quick and when they say they are going to get the job done they absolutely do. Thank you for the great customer service!

I couldn't have asked for better service!!! I was involved in an accident and a friend referred me to them. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and finished working on my car really quickly. The customer service phenomenal! Heather was keeping me up to date on the progress the whole time and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing body work done.
