Went to pick up some yogurt drinks for my daughter today. 90% of them were expired and not just by a few days, but many expired FOUR MONTHS AGO.
How is this acceptable for a grocery store? This has to be some kind of health hazard.
Always make sure you check dates on ANYTHING you buy at this Jewel or just avoid it like the plague.

Can always find what you are looking for. Store was cleaned and organized. Staff was friendly and professional. I have asked about certain brands that they didn't care and now I can find them on the shelf. Prices have started to fall. Always busy

From a 5 Star to a 1 Star! They will sell Alcohol during hours they are not legally suppose too. I brought this up to a Manager and they lied and said there store was given a Exclusive Alcohol license to sell whenever they want.I am beyond disappointed in Jewel Ossco as a whole for allowing this to happen. Does anyone know how to keep there shelf's stocked?

The milk for the last few months has been getting worse. I'm afraid to buy milk there. Yesterday was the 1st time in a week I bought milk because last time I bought it came home open it was spoiled. This was after my daughter thru it up on me and i checked the product.Yesterday was only 1 1% milk left completely checked it get home and its like it went bad.dairy department needs to watch for F.I.F.O. and temperature control. All summer I been bringing milk back after purchased because of the quality control of the product. Sometimes there is no expiration date but you could tell by opening it or tasting it that it just smelled awful. I am now avoiding trying to purchase milk from there till this is resolved. I can't afford tossing milk and or having the time to bring it back.then the after math of a sick child. This isn't fair. Please Jewel do better. This is 1 of the few places to get are living needs in Woodstock we need to do better for are community.

i ordered a birthday cake it was supposed to be a full sheet cake marble with whip cream icing instead of frosting, i got a 1/4 sheet cake with frosting this cake sucked i paid 29.99 for a cake that i didn’t order so i had to go to walmart and get another cake as the child can’t eat frosting

I recently began shopping again at Jewel. I had stopped shopping there for many years because of the prices and customer service. I had a gift card so stopped in to buy some things. Boy! Was I pleasantly surprised. Their prices are now competitive and every employee I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. I had an especially positive interaction with the flower shop. The employee on duty even brought out more flowers from a box that had just been delivered for me to look through. Jewel …. You have won me back as a customer!

It was a normal visit, I think it might have been an eve. It was crowded, but the lines moved fast. They are more expensive than Woodman's. That is where I normally shop. Update 3/30/23. It is too bad the prices are so much higher than all the other grocery stores. I was going to buy a pizza, but it was 2 dollars more than I paid at Walmart the week before. The sale price on the broccoli is still higher than the price I pay at Woodmans. The people are nice and they are close to home. If I did all my shopping here, I think it would cost an extra $50 a week. Still the same.

Was honestly disappointed with the quality of the product especially the berry's with were on sale for $0.99. The fact that they can't even keep good quality products on the shelves is just ridiculous ? idk how they are still in business. Especially considering how expensive things have gotten. Y'all need to do better by your customers. I handed an associate a couple of expired cases and he just thanked me and walked away. Not even 5 minutes later a couple of associates came from the back and just reorganized all the expired berries. They do not care. Idk how people are able get away with this.

99 % of the workers are super friendly. There is one lady at delivery service that is super rude. When they are busy it is hard to get assistance at self checking

they do not staff the service desk and ignore you completely if you try to get help, this is a problem with the managers rather than the floor employees or cashiers both of whom do a good job

Sale items never ring up on sale. Even a cashier said it always happens. Super annoying you have to watch everything you ring up. And hire more people for the deli. It’s pretty clear they are stressed out and short staffed.

Clean, organized and lots of friendly people. My complaint is that the Jewel app is often wrong about location of items within the store. But, that's where the friendly workers come in. ?

Always ring me up for more with the wrong prices. At least a few times a month even if I have the deal in my phone. Has never happened at another jewel.
