If I could rate this company a zero I would. I do not recommend a company/ business, where the co-owner, David, goes on to other business pages and bashes them for the sole fact they are a competitor. Have some decorum as a human and a business owner.

We recently moved to Woodstock. I knew Donahue's had been around for many years. My husband and I stopped in to look at couches. Kaye was very helpful with my specific requests. On the showroom floor there was also a fantastically comfortable glider rocker. Over the next few days I brought sample swatches home and decided on our forever home furniture.I thought the prices for the couch, which was in stock, and two glider rockers, custom ordered, were very reasonable.Everyone we dealt with there was very professional and super friendly.Delivery was sooner than expected. Both times we had a delivery the owner himself came with another gentleman.It was a great experience all around. We felt like family.I'm very excited now to go back and check out the area rugs. I have no doubt we will be just as pleased!

Initial customer service is good, but after the order is placed it quickly goes down. Our order was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks and we're still waiting after 14 weeks. At this time we cannot get a straight answer. Would never buy from them again and obviously not recommend them.

Dont waste your time hear . I walked in on some wine dinner party noone asked to help us. I had to say thank you on my way out just so they knew I was there . Never will I go there again. Go find better furniture for better prices at Ashley furniture or anyone else!! Shame on you !!

The staff is very helpful!! They had exactly what I needed. They negotiated price and I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend going in to see them! Free delivery and take away for free was definitely an unexpected perk!!!

Would not buy furniture from them again, waited forever to get it and it wasn't the quality we seen in store and over priced. They would not do anything for us. The furniture is three years old and we will be replacing it soon and it could have been replaced sooner, put pillows around to support it for sitting. Definitely not worth the overprice we paid. Stopped in to look for a sofa and was thrilled by their customer service and offer to help me find something I really liked. When I finally found a piece but mentioned that I wished it was a different size and that I'd like a different color and fabric, they showed me catalogs where it could be done to my specifications. Really friendly people with great prices. I can't say enough good things about them. Their delivery was SUPER FAST (delivered within a few days) The guys who brought it in and set everything up for me were quick and courteous. Overall, I'm super happy to have bought with them and will be going back for more!
