There used to be a Chase branch by McDonald’s, and the ATM was almost always broken. Then they closed that lobby, and recently they shut that branch down entirely.Today the only other ATM in town (on the Square) is down. If you need cash outside of lobby hours, you’re screwed. I’m switching banks.

This ATM took all my checks and shut down. Been on hold with chase for an hour and a half. What a joke. They take my money no problem now I have to wait for someone to actually do their job.edit: still on hold coming up to 2 hours.edit2 next day cannot get ahold of anyone at the bank. So back to waiting over 40 minutes to speak with a claims representative to put in a claim. Would you not think the bank employee would get to the bank in the morning And notice that the outside ATM has faulted and is not working and find out that there's 13 checks that they took with no regard. Out of all the systems in place you would think the banks would take care of the customer but that is far from the truth.

Absolutely great service. I forgot my chase debit card and the entire team of cashiers and managers were able to figure out how to accomplish my complicated transaction. I am in the computer systems business so I know how crazy is to deal with the authentication rules the system may “think” is a fraudulent transaction.Anyway, the four chase employees really went above and beyond for me “ the customer “ who was visiting this branch for the first time.Excellent service. Thank you!

First my Private Banker leaves and no call..my investment banker leaves and no call (Randhurst location)..you close Marengo location..now your drive through was closed. .after 35+ years and several name changes I am finally giving up on Chase..while the tellers have always been helpful and nice..the bank company itself has gone down hill

Signed a check over to my husband to cash into his account. Chase CASHED the check and then put a hold on and closed my husband's account for 3rd party identification verification. Then, amid a COVID crisis, the branch would not accept my expired ID even though the dmv has been closed and expiration dates on state IDs should be "extended" and still be honored. So now I have no way of getting new identification due to the virus, and cannot have a new check issued as the original had already been cashed. So chase bank has essentially STOLEN my money until the dmv reopens. And the bank manager at this branch was rude, condescending and gave us nothing but false information. When calling customer service they said the branch should accept the id. So this situation is ENTIRELY on this branches shoulders. They should be shut down or at the very least restaffed.

Absolute worst Chase location. No parking spots are ever open during hours and they wont pick up the phone. The phone system just tells you to "call later" and hangs up. Very disapointing Chase!

Will SAY. They need to hire my tellers..Waiting over an hour to see someone is very uncalled for...if you need to talk to a banker need an appoinment?....like going to a dentist!!!!

Go to another location if your looking for any sort of customer service or competence. The tellers are always nice and efficient. The personally bankers are clueless and uninterested in doing their jobs correctly.
