Wonderful experience! Tyler at this woodstock location was great. Very knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and personable! He explained each and every step along the way. Even helped other team members so that our time there was kept to a minimum. Most definitely would recommend. Thank you Bull Valley Ford staff! **If you are reading this and thinking of going to Huntley Ford, DO NOT!!!! Pass it and go 15 minutes north to Bull Valley Ford, you will not regret it!**

She was even ready the next time I came to drop some stuff off to answer some more of my questions 10/10 customer service everyone was extremely nice and ready for every question you might have! Just purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition and had a great experience with Cesar and Bull Valley Ford. They were friendly but never pressured us to buy anything. Once we decided to make the purchase, buying the car was easy and seamless. We were able to take care of most of the paperwork online or over the phone - showing up to sign the final documents and bringing the car home took less than 45 minutes.

Just purchased a 2024 150 Raptor and couldn't be happier with my experience with Cesar and the Bull Valley team. I was never pressured into anything! I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest and my pocketbook. Cesar is very knowledgeable and so was the rest of the team. Not so positive of experience. Tora I talked to online about a vehicle said a vehicle was “ leveled” when asked, which was in fact false. When I called after driving 5 hrs back and fourth and taking the vehicle home, Dave would not help me. Said we won’t be able to agree on what what said between Tora and I and was a typical car salesman attitude when challenged with I didn’t feel this was ethical. Mo, the sales guy completely unorganized mess, couldn’t find the spare tires owed to us and they had to drive them 2.5 hrs one way a few days later. Vehicle is solid, but the sales and experience after the sale has been poor. I would be careful.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. First I went out to about 7 dealers asking for their best price on a Ford Bronco. The fastest response was Tora from Bull Valley. Direct from the Ford website, she was texting the options available and indeed a great price. This was also complete with an accurate trade in value from Dave. When I got there Mo handled all the questions, test drive, car detailing, plates etc. The transaction was finished in record time with Zonje in finance, complete with a small Zip drive containing all the documentation. Like I said this was seamless and very fast. All four were beyond professional and a pleasure to deal with on this car. For anyone looking for automoblies in the Chicagoland area, it is well worth the quick drive to Woodstock. I highly recommend this dealership and have already mentioned to friends interested in Broncos to check Bull Valley first. A++

What a great experience! Janel Coia at Bull Valley Ford helped us to test drive a number of Rangers & Mavericks. This was our second visit to work with Janel Coia. She had proved extremely knowledgeable and helpful a few days earlier as we shopped F150's. She proved just as knowledgeable on the smaller trucks. After she clarified the towing capabilities differences, we selected a beautiful 2021 Ford Ranger to purchase. Janel and her manager, Dave Demma made the whole experience a pleasure.
