Asked why SIM cards were different at Boost was told with extreme attitude, “ I don’t know I’m not the CEO or owner.” Yikes. Bad day for the guy? Don’t know.. But wow. Horrible customer service - coming from someone who works customer service myself. Never had a good experience with this place in years.

My experience picking a package from UPS it was awful I asked this guy I am here to pick up a package it was wanted to delivery yesterday. He said to me they're going to return it between 1:00 and 2:00 they are not robots to bring it any sooner than that. It was the answer to a simple question.I call a UPS number for that location this lady asked me what makes you think your package is here very rude.On the other hand the UPS driver I saw him around my neighborhood he was very nice guiding me and telling me exactly where my package was he told me was at this location. That's the reason I call the store and he gave me the number the tracking number everything but the team members at the store they were just awful.
