Called to try to make appointment with banker today 9/18/15. No one answered the phone. Talked to general customer service and they also called the branch but no banker/operator answered. How can you make an appointment if no one picks up?

I don't know why this bank has so many low reviews the inside was clean and looked great and the employees were very nice and helpful
