Experience was ok little over an hour to put 2 new tires on and rotate backs on the front. Few days later I was just looks at the tires and they looked a little low. When I took all the tires pressure they were all at 33 psi then looked at the tire recommended and it was 44 psi I could see maybe 1 tire lower than the others but all 4 other than that service was good.

Terrible customer service. Would not even look at a tire with a cut in it on the tread because the exterior of the cut was more than 1/4". The patch goes on the inside of the tire, but refused to even take the tire off to look at it. Took it to Firestone right down the street and they patched it up no questions askedMy father worked and was the manager of the tire desk in a Rockford location for 15+ years and said this is not how they should operate. I talked to a manager at this location and he would not look at it either. All they could say was "the wound was greater than 1/4" over and over without telling my why they would not measure the wound that is actually important, WHICH IS ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE. Had they actually checked the tire and showed it to me and told me why they can't fix it, I would have bought a new tire.Firestone, which is a stones throw away, on the other hand, immediately took my tire off the rim after looking at the tread and, surprise surprise, was able to patch the tire. I'll be buying tires from Firestone.

I've always liked Farm & Fleet. For years, I have purchased tires from the tire desk. The staff is friendly and helpful!! I will continue to buy tires from them going forward. Now, we just recently got a puppy and their selection of everything puppy/dog is awesome. They have a vast selection of just about anything you might need for puppies. So, it's my go to for dog stuff. It's a great place to find nice products that are priced fairly.

Ray the manager tells me I'm not price matching that there going out of business,I said Rural king is not going out of business tells me that's liquidation sale price I'm not doing that clearly Blaine's does nit match prices as long as Ray the Manger cause he wouldn't tell me his last name even though it's on their website

I scheduled an appointment a week ahead for oil change. Dropped my car and went shopping next door to wait for a car. 45 min later got a voicemail they can’t charge oil in my car cause they don’t have right one. I came to get a key and all they said “here you go “ not even “sorry “. Very disappointed with that place.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience at the Auto center! When I asked them to price match my desired tires, they found a sale that saved me even more money. My new tires look great, the alignment is fantastic, and it drives perfect. Appointment was at 8am and was ready by 10am. Right within the window they promised.
