Guess this is acceptable work for brand new vehicles.
Bodyshop multiple attempts to fix, picked up vehicle & 70% fixed on a brand new 2024 vehicle but still not “new” but over this HEADACHE experience and moving on.
Entire car has overspray all over it, paint feels like sandpaper.
Great way for a customer to pick up vehicle, especially when this isn’t the first attempt.
I’d highly suggest Kunes to communicate more with customers & get a different body shop

We had a wonderful experience buying our car at Kunes Woodstock. We test drove a car we liked and learned useful info about the car, features, and also about the dealership. All individuals we interacted with were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We decided to purchase our car at this dealership. We would highly recommend Kunes Woodstock dealership and also Mitch, our sales guy, who made a huge difference in our decision to purchase the car here. We will not hesitate to come back when we’ll be looking for a new car again in the future.

I was lied to!! I was contacted by a person named Amanda G telling me that I was approved for the fresh start program she told me that my credit was checked and all banks are satisfied with everything so I can come in and choose any car off the lot. I drove one hour to the dealership to ending up being disappointed I was told I can’t get any car off the lot and that to get a car I will need a co-signer. They ran my credit multiple times to after being told that I’m approved and my credit was already checked. BEWARE THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO COME THERE AND WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS THROUGH MESSAGE.
EDIT:THEY CALLED MY WORK PLACE TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW.

Went in with the knowledge of needing a min of $2500 for a new transmission. Left with a paper saying nothing is wrong at all w/transmission after spending a little while there while diagnostic tests were run. At the bottom of that paper was the charge of
$49.99. Returned to the mechanic who quoted the $2500 & showed the form. Do your detective work and go to the Jeep dealer for true & fare pricing. They want you in a Jeep. They keep you in your Jeep. They’re trustworthy and in today’s pricing it’s beats the quotes you get from shade tree mechanics. They were also females ?? Score!
