I called inquiring about a boat trailer for my new Tritoon. He explained to me into exactly what I should be looking for. He had one in stock. Based on 10 minutes on the phone, I bought it, sight unseen, giving him my credit card info. When I got there, it was exactly as described, the trailer was ready to go with all the paperwork assembled in a neat folder. If a boat trailer can be beautiful, this one was. Dave took the time to walk me through all the trailer's functions.
Rarely do you encounter people with Dave's integrity and honestly. His shop, the work her showed me, this attention to detail, is sadly uncommon today. It hearkens back to a time when you could do a handshake deal. While his store is 1.5 hours away from me, I'll happily drive that distance to buy from him again.”
