Rose is awesome. After just a week of visits it seems like things are getting better. The facility is very clean and laid back. Even though therapy can be rough the atmosphere is laid back and friendly.

Very pushy sales tactics are practiced here.I think this is the reason that they are the only PT in Woodstock that doesn’t have a waiting list.They scheduled appointments without my knowledge or consent following a medical emergency without even notifying me other than an automated text the night before the appointment.When I called to cancel so I would not be charged I was threatened with a discharge and I had only been in for my initial consultation.I decided after that not to reschedule and to join the waiting list for a local competitor who I had a good experience with in the past.

Had my doubts when my doctor suggested therapy for an injury that had been bothering me for 10 months. It would subside a bit and then come back full strength with unrelenting pain. Chose ATI because it's free from my provider. Can say now that I am completely pain free thanks to Rose Anne at ATI. They all treat you like family and work with you one on one and target the affected area with compassion and care. Just started retirement last April and this will be the place I go to if, something else pops up in the future. Thanks ATI family.

My husband Tom had Cancer that devastated allis bones. After 17 Chemo Treatments lost 98lbs & almost all his muscle.My husband was very discouraged and afraid to do physical therapy. I searched around for a physical therapist who could take his weak body and frame into consideration. I called all over searching for someone who could work one on one with him . Everyone said oh no we have all kinds of machines and we try to work one on one with them when we can. My husband was so afraid of overdoing it and hurting himself or not doing enough where he would get discouraged before he built muscle. Mark impressed me right from the start and he did not let us down. He said he would work one on one with him and he had experience with people with cancer and he did. It made my husband feel comfortable and he’s moving along so fast I can’t even believe it. I thank God for Mark & his kindness ,consideration ,knowledge a& capabilities . I will try and send before & after pictures when he’s completely done. Thank you so much Mark! Kathleen M.

There are many physical therapy locations! Out there but this one definitely stands out from the bunch! Mark is the dr. Working here and he is amazing he goes through with you step by step then slowly let’s you start to handle your routine to be sure you’ll also be able to do it at home! Mark doesn’t judge you! He listens to uour story he cares about your recovery! And always puts his patients first! This is why I go to there offices! And why I’ll recommend that office to everyone I know!

After breaking my right shoulder, being in pain, and being immobile for 5 weeks going to physical therapy seemed like an overwhelming and daunting task. From the very first meeting with Mark, he took the time to hear about my injury, pain level, questions, and concerns. From there he provided his professional guidance and expectations for the sessions ahead. Each session he would provide a friendly greeting and inquire about how my shoulder felt. As PT sessions went on Mark would continue to push me further while adjusting if I had any issues. He also continued to take the time to address questions and concerns along the way. Thanks to Mark I have been able to gain most of the range of motion in my right shoulder. I would recommend Mark to anyone that needs PT due to his professionalism, compassion, and friendliness.I also appreciated the fact that this facility had therapy hours later in the evening. Since I was not able to drive for the first several months it allowed for PT sessions to align with work schedules and rides.

I have been suffering deficiencies in walking since having covid in 2020 and finally decided to get some therapy to help strengthen my legs and improve my balance. Mark has been invaluable in helping gain strength and has been instrumental in helping me gain some of my self-confidence. I plan on continuing with my therapy as soon as my husband finishes his physical therapy at ATI to gain strength in his legs also. Mark is an asset at the Woodstock facility. His knowledge and encouragement is unbeatable! I encourage anyone in the area to put your trust in the Woodstock ATI!!! Thanks, Mark.

Tore my labrum and went here. Recovered very fast, and mark was extremely helpful and i credit most of my healing to him and his practices. Great place wouldn’t of wanted anything else!

I've been going there for about 3 months and I've had the fortune to be able to deal with Mark. Mark is professional but he's also human and you can really talk and communicate with him. I've been to several places and he is above the average. ATI is very fortunate to have somebody like Mark representing them. His kindness and his empathy made a difficult time a lot better and he tried so many different things until you found something that would help.

I went into physical therapy thinking I wasn’t going to be back myself wen I dislocated my shoulder 6weeks ago. But thinks to mark he have me feeling like a new man an have all the confidence then ever. Thanks again mark you are the best.

This was the first time I ever needed physical therapy and I had a very positive experience with ATI Woodstock. Mark my therapist was great, he is professional, knowledgeable and pushes your limits while still being compassionate, friendly and easy-going. He helped me strengthen my shoulder and regain mobility after an injury and gave me a plan to continue that progress. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to get the most out of their physical therapy/recovery.
