I am appalled at the quality of caregivers hired at this location. Recently this facility was written up by DCFS for non certified workers. Following that incident, phone calls at last minute announcing daycare closure in infant room for the day due to staffing shortages were received. Finally, this past week, a worker in the infant room did not feed our children their afternoon bottles. The last straw was this past week when deep thumb and finger bruises were found on our 6 mo old child's leg. After calls were made to the Kindercare center, other professionals had to be involved. Both the pediatrician and DCFS stated it was due to adult female grabbing his leg and dragging him on floor. A police report was filed.

Woodridge South KinderCare is very good School. My Daughter (15 months) goes to toddler classroom, and I am very satisfied with teachers, their behavior and learning skills. I am very satisfied with Director, she is always so friendly and helpful whenever I need some information for my child.

The staff hear are absolutely incredible.My son loves being here, and I also feel a sense of peace when dropping him off.Miss Lacey, Miss Wendy Miss Monet, and Miss Sabrina are exceptional in their friendly and welcoming nature.

I am so happy with this daycare. I have two little boys that attend this daycare and I could not be happier with all the stuff there. I had never put my other kids in daycare so the first 2 weeks my boys had to start daycare I would drop them off and leave crying. And now I could not be happier that they go to this daycare. I really am super glad I put my boys in this daycare the teachers there are amazing. My 3 year old got potty trained there and he learned so quickly. Thanks to all the stuff and teachers at this daycare for making my boys feels like family.I am so glad I got so lucky with all the teachers there my boys love going to daycare. I honestly encourage parents to put there kids in the daycare. My boys have learned so much it’s crazy thanks to all the teachers.

I have been bringing my 9 month old baby here since she was about 3 months and my 6 year old comes on her days off of school. I cant say enough about how much I love this location. The directors are so sweet and understanding and my girls teachers are amazing. My baby smiles so big everyday I bring her. I would highly recommend!

I love bringing my daughter here! Her teachers are so sweet and make my daughter so comfortable! As a first time mom I was so nervous to take my daughter to daycare but they have made me feel so safe and secure! Thank you Kindercare for being my daughters second home!

Hi I have been at Woodridge South for the past year and a half. I have a 7 month old daughter that goes there. The baby room has friendly teachers with great activities for the children to do. The teacher have been very loving and caring and recommended to anyone that is looking for a second home for their child.

Ms. Ruth is amazingggg! We love her and all of the teachers so much! My children love going to kindercare and I’m so thankful for each and every one of the staff members. I feel so comfortable dropping my children off at kindcare because I know that they’re in good hands. Ms Ruth is such an angel!

Love this center the staff and directors are so dedicated,caring and loving toward all the children they communicate well with what ever our child needs, my baby is learning so much more than I would ever imagine they are the best Ms Ruth and Marynez are such a great team as directors any concerns I have they always have a solution for the problem , they are family to me thank you ladies and staff ive seen nothing but positive changes in my child thank you kindercare
