Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!

My little buddy's favorite day spa! Some dogs cringe at the sound of the word "bath", but not my dog! He knows that word and he loves it...he loves Jenna and completely knows her voice when he hears her on my phone! When I call to book our appointment my doggie goes into a frenzy when he hears the other end of the line..."What The Fluff!" Back and forth to the door..."Let's go Mom! I'm ready to go! Take me to the spa! Take me to Jenna! Hurry hurry hurry!"My little guy always comes home smelling and looking so handsome! We love Jenna and the whole gang! They always do their best to get us scheduled in a time slot that works for us and the price is right and the atmosphere is perfect! There's no better compliment than my dog's reaction to hearing the words "What The Fluff" or "Bath" or the name "Jenna"...My doggie just loves this place!...We couldn't be happier with What The Fluff!

The groomers here do an amazing job cleaning and grooming! It's like a completely different dog comes home! I'm always happy with the work done.

Took my dog there for a simple bath. My husband picked her up and notice she was limping and when he got her home she couldn't walk. It has been over a month since then and she still cannot walk. Very depressing since she is over 10 years old. I don't know what the lady did to her but I would never trust this place again with my pet. Spent money on xrays and now doing laser on this leg. I would give a 0 rating if I could. I do not recommend.

Really like the staff and service! I’ve taken my male 11.5 y/o GSD to What the Fluff twice now. Great experience both times. My boy had some read end instability and anxiety. The staff have been great in understanding concerns and have done a wonderful job grooming him!

We started taking our new havachon puppy here when he was 3 months old. Every visit they have disappointed us. From telling us after his first time he needed obedience training (hello? He is 3 months old and never been before) to not knowing what a teddy bear cut is for the face even after sharing pictures. The last time we went they acted like they knew what to do with him (I assumed it was written down) and he came out way shorter than he should have been, cut very uneven (a difference of over an inch) and his legs shaved down when I have been clear I was growing them out. The cuts have been uneven before but this time was by far the worse. We won't be going back.

Always friendly and knowledgeable regarding all the products they carry. They have a great selection of treats and high quality products and my dogs really couldn't ask for anything better!

My dog was deathly afraid of getting on the table for nail trims and he has been turned away at other locations because of this. The team here was AMAZING and worked with him on the ground multiple times and now he is so comfortable with them he willingly jumps on the table! It's so great to know they care for each individual animal.

Very professional. After 2 years of looking for a groomer I think I finally found the right one. My dog Casper Pomeranian looks very good, smells very good, and looks like everything was done so well. My dog was also very happy. I am very happy with the service. Thanks a lot.

Both of my dogs have been going to this What The Fluff for the past year since moving into the area. We were not impressed with our initial experience but out of fairness we decided to give them an additional go which ended up being a huge mistake.Earlier today my dog had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 PM with the description of a maximum appointment time of 2.5 hours. Three hours after not hearing from them, I had to call them, just to hear she was not on the table 30 minutes before closing time. This means my dog was sitting in a cage for 3 hours waiting to be rushed through her appointment last minute.To make matters worse, when I did pickup my dog 15 minutes after they were closed, she was missing all of the tags on her collar (picture attached). I was told by employees that her clasp was stuck to the bottom of the cage and that no one noticed until I brought it up that they were missing. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and hope your pets do not have to undergo the same treatment mine went through today.

I would give them zero stars if I could. First of all I'm not sure why their phone number is associated with a tattoo parlor in Seattle Washington hmmm. For months I found them questionable but not enough so kept going back and of course tipping well until yesterday. Never has either of my dogs taken more than 10 minutes to have their nails Dremeled. Yesterday took 40 minutes and the guy was whining the entire time then made my dog bleed and manhandled him. The older lady had to remind him that the dog is in old dog. In fact my lab is 15 1/2 years old. On top of all this, the other dog next to my lab was being shaved and she indicated that she found a flea. OmgOn a side note. I bought a Dremel last night and did my other old lab today (he was supposed to go in this morning). I have never done it before nor did I have him tethered. Took me all of 10 minutes. This should be a big indication of who they have doing this. 40 minutes and tethered? If they want to school one of their family members or friends please let customers know and offer to do it for free. I am sure there will be plenty of takers.

The hours are not accurate. Give yourself some buffer. They may not open or close on time.
