The worst pharmacy ever. Should never take 8+ hours to fill a children's amoxicillin prescription. Called multiple times and they kept saying it will be ready in an hour.

Super rude lady in photo. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat herself because she didn't want to communicate clearly. I know we all have bad days, but that was so uncalled for.

Heather is amazing! She was very helpful and helped me resolve a problem I had!! Haven’t had a bad experience at this Pharmacy. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to speak with someone. Once again thank you Heather!!

It takes 45+ minutes to be able to speak to the pharmacy via phone call. If I have a prescription-related question, it’s faster to just make the drive over and ask in person… which is ridiculous.

Covid cases are going up in Illinois, and only 1/3 of their customers had a mask properly worn. An associate told me that they aren't allowed to request that their customers wear a mask. I don't feel safe shopping there, and I will purchase merchandise elsewhere where they take the health of customers and employees seriously.

Not only do I love this Walgreens because it's less than 5 minutes from me, but I always receive such great service! From picking up prescriptions, to buying formula really quick for my daughter, I'm always helped by a friendly face. I also will always be grateful that I submitted an order for a photo card on the way to a birthday party and it was ready for pickup in 3 minutes!!
