The most helpful and educated pharmacy I’ve spoken to. I called because I had a question about my medication and possible substitutions due to a national shortage. They were quick to do the research and offer me options without getting disappointed for wasting their time. Thank you so much for the help and advice!

I wish that i could gove this pharmacy 10 stars!!! This is one of the two BEST pharmacies that I've ever been to!!! (The other lost their pharmacist/manager years ago, & ive been searching for a great pharmacy ever since.) Well,I found it here!!! The pharmacy manager, Chris, & his staff literally bend over backwards to make you happy!!! The pharmacist & EVERYONE here are WONDERFUL!!! I recommend this pharmacy to EVERYONE!!!

Not helpful and not friendly customer assistant Gerard. He was so busy at talking loudly on phone with his friend. No attention to the customers. The store at that location is a mess.

This Walgreens works hard to help customers. We are traveling overseas and had to get special shots and antimalarial medications—the pharmacist here (Amma!) talked to us many times, knew my whole family’s names, and has ensured that we have everything we need for our trip. And Zack gives great shots, my kids always ask for Zack :) Yes, it is busy and you may wait a while, but I think it’s worth it for a team that knows this stuff, remembers, and clearly cares about patients.

This Walgreens is forecasted to have less and less business, seems like they’re reducing hours and staff to prepare to close the store. It looks like it’s closed from the outside looking in- parking lot is always empty. I just moved to the area and will be taking my business to a different Walgreens. The pharmacy is never open for the working person, doesn’t open until 9am (people are at work) and closes early. I just wasted time coming here for the pharmacy. This store will not be my new Walgreens. These tactics the corporate is using to “save on overhead” since it’s a “slow” store is actually driving business away from the store even more.

The worst pharmacy ever. Should never take 8+ hours to fill a children's amoxicillin prescription. Called multiple times and they kept saying it will be ready in an hour.

The pharmacy is a joke, they can never get anything correct. How many times do I have to tell you that's not the right insurance, hasn't been for over a year and they still cannot seem to get it right. This is probably the most hospitable Walgreens around.The cashiers are so courteous and patient. Very clean store and seem to always have all the sale items.

Christian and the other pharmacist (with long hair and and D&D pins on their lanyard) are kind, helpful, and remember my name. Very happy to have them here in Woodridge, and I appreciate their work when providing medication and shots for my family.

I ordered a few photos on the app to get picked up. Didn't catch her name but the lady at photo helping me was so rude. No smile, greeting, how are you. Just rudely asked for my name. She just mumbled the whole time. Then she got annoyed with me because I couldn't understand what she was saying to me. Well maybe you should speak clearly and not under your breath so people can understand you.I never complain because I know how stressful working retail can be, but she seriously needs some customer service training.
