My package has been arriving and leaving this facility every few days for a week.

Worst experience each time I have been there . They ask you to use self serve even when you have to do a certified mail. No one is available and no one works there and they always ask you to use self serve . Why not just open a self serve kiosk and so people know before they walk in and close the full service counters.

Beautiful location. Had an expensive item get lost. Came here for help from the staff and the item was located at another sorting facility.
