I got the lavish treatment of color, cut and style. Process uses plant Enzymes. No ammonia! Because the salon uses John Amico products, my stylist Griselda explained, there is a clarifying wash before color. Really luxuriant natural essential oils infuse the treatment beginning to end. Griselda pulled the color through to the hair ends with a fine toothed comb. Wow. The results: The best color ever. The best cut. Period. With my thick hair, it's heavenly. Griselda is the best-kept secret in town!

First time here today. There aren't any bells or whistles when you first walk in, not a very modern feel however, I could not be happier with my hair style!!! Katie did an AmAzing job! Amazing!!!!! Also, I called last night about fifteen minutes before they closed and left a message. They returned my call at 8:15 this morning and got me in today at noon!!!! I liked that there weren't any hidden charges. I used to go to a very high end salon but eventually could just no longer afford it. I'm so happy I tried Studio 10 today!!!! So happy that I even booked my next appointment before I left! I never do that!!!

Love this salon!! This was my first visit thanks to a great Groupon offer and the customer service really stood out for me. There was a small snafu with my appointment time and right away the owner stepped in and told me they would make sure I got my cut and color done!! I was going out of town so this really saved the day for me! My stylist Laurie listened to what I wanted and did a great job!! They made sure I was comfortable during my service and took great care of me! I would highly recommend this cute little shop and will be going there again!

I asked the colorist to cover my grays and she didn't cover one gray hair. When I asked her about it she made excuses. Waste of time and money.

I got a grupon deal to have my hair cut and highlighted here and I made my appointment with Lori. Lori was great and listened to everything I wanted done with my hair and took the time to do it right. She even sped through the later half of my appointment, with no incidents at my request because I have a 2 month old at home and the babysitter called with some trouble I needed to get home for. I think I'll be back again!

I could give 1 or maybe even 2 stars for the keratin treatment I had in my first visit. It was not disappointing at all.... But I was supposed to have my color and "keratin refresher" after a month there. I rechecked the appointment time and waited there for almost 40 minutes patiently,because I badly wanted it done before I travel. But guess what? Nobody had the courtesy to even keep me posted about the delay. There was no one in the front desk either. I found it unprofessional and rude. They did not get back to me later in the day as well. Besides, the shampoos they recommend also has paraben in it although they claim it to be all natural and chemical free! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
