I went in there today...never again. Just wanted a sample of linen white flat paint and he just kept saying I wish I knew the paint they used. All he needed to know was the color and matte or flat whatever one would be fine. He repeated himself over and over...I wish I knew the paint they used. So I walked out and said I am going to Home Depot...I went there all I had to say was a flat or matte Linnen white paint and they said no problem...took 2 seconds and I was on my way with my sample. I did tell the Home Depot guy that the person from this store gave me a hard time ..he then said worse place ever..he won't even go there. Home Depot is the place they never let you down. Never again will I walk in that place ever again.

I wish I knew that they can help you find paint to match your wall color earlier! I brought in a piece of paint taken off my wall, they have a system that will identify a matching color. It will be a customized color to match. I was shocked at how close it was! They even dried it with a blow dryer to make sure it was a good match. Staff was very friendly. A quart of paint was $20, well worth not needing to repaint my whole wall to cover a few stains.

Brian has to be one of the rudest ppl to answer the phone...he literally raised his voice and talked over me after I called twice to ensure I was given the right color paint. As I guessed...the paint color was WRONG! Even after the first encounter he never even suggested I bring in a piece of the trim with the color needed. It wasn't until the 2nd call when he talked over me because he was clearly irritated I called again! Thankful to the Joliet store, they were able to mix the colors I needed and were so nice. I only went to this location because they had the paint color in stock for my new construction...but again. NOT the right color.

I think Sherwin-Williams products are excellent, and I find the sales staff knowledgeable and helpful. I am always satisfied when I leave the store.

I have been a customer of this store for many years. But, now will never set foot in the store again. The employee lied to me, yesterday afternoon at 3:30pm, that no sale pricing is planned. So, I went ahead and bought paint.I told him that I recieved a sale flyer in my email just that day that said a 40% off sale would be in effect. This morning the sale started, and I went back to the store to complain and also brought 1 can back to exchange. The employees said tough luck, that were is error yesterday, and I would need to live with it.I even complained directly to the store manager, and he did not even care.My only remedy is to buy paint elsewhere, which I will.

Paint and product is great the friendliness not so much. It's kind of weird when you look at someone in their face and say hey how are you doing today and they just stare at you until you tell them what paint you want it was extremely weird and awkward lol. I will not be returning to that particular location because of this event aaaaa so awkward. Oo the place was kinda gross maybe it's just older but the Sherwin Williams on Ogden in westmont is beautiful and they treat you like family I highly recommend going a lil out of you way to go to them.

I went in for paint and primer, I'm not a painter, I don't know anything about painting. The people working there were very helpful, they took the time to explain the difference in the products and how to go about applying them.
